I think the only way it would hinder girth is if you kept yourself wrapped when you got an erection, and did that repeatedly.

I've actually been thinking about combining a wrap with a cockring. Not sure if it will be too intense, but the idea is to get hard, put on the cockring (Powerballs by Oxballs), subside to nearly flaccid, then wrap. My thought is that the ring will keep some extra blood in, and allow me to get faster girth and length gains with the wrap. Will see how it plays out.
