I will stick with intense PC work cause the penis is elastic. It just needs a reason to hold more blood.

Solution=PC work and also reverse kegels while edging these work for me like a charm.

The penis is like that insturment Steve Urkel would play. Cant remember the name of it. rofl
 
And another thing your penis naturally can enlarge twice its size(erections) and this is a normal function for all men. But your body understand how not to put to much stress on the PC muscle by not sending to much blood to your penis.

Stronger PC and your body will understand that it can signal more blood and the elasticity or your penis will decide how much it will hold.

You'll need to start at a somewhat lighter pace than where you left off. A few weeks of light training should bring you back up to speed.

I would recommend working up to 50- 5 second kegels each day that you Penis Enlargement, with 2-3 "Stop and Start" (aka "edging") sessions per week.
