Men need to understand that the penis is not solid, it is malleable. If you try to put a beer can in your mouth it simply will not fit because it does not flex. The penis flexes and this allows for blowjobs to a pretty big girth.

Very difficult if not impossible. The only thing that I have found to make this happen temporarily is gaining incredibly strong pelvic floor muscles and hold a kegel, this will expand the head as long as you can hold the kegel.

That will also work but again it is temporary. The Glans of the penis does not have skin to support a larger size. The best you can get is very strong PFM and learn to hold a kegel for the amount of time you desire.
