Funny when you are stretching and you find a position, one you never have hit before for what ever reason and you create a new stretch. This stretch, for me, left me sore as a newbie after only 15 minutes of doing them. I believe that they not only address expressive gains (bringing internal penis out) but also bring a stretch to the shaft and ligamental that really is like a tug a war with your grips.

The Exercise

In a flaccid state, using the standard OK grip (forefinger and thumb) reach deep into the base of the penis until you have reached the furthest point you can with this grip. Taking the other hand, using the same OK grip, grab just below the head. Now as you push your base grip deep into the body, pull with the other hand outward, so as bringing resistance to the lower hand. You will feel the potential in this stretch immediately. After only 15 minutes I was sore and was expressing much more flaccid length. The difference in this stretch than others that use similar grips is the fact you are pushing deep into the body with your grip as the opposite hand is bringing much force to the shaft, ligaments, tunica(if stretched in an upward position) but mainly, internal penis being brought forward, exposed and stretched. With each session more penis will be exposed from inside the body while what already is out of the body is being elongated, creating duel gains, expressive and external.

We will have a video for this soon. I have described it to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions for better understanding.
 
I understand the mechanics of the stretch & what to do with both hands but just wondering about timing/direction. Are you performing this stretch in a similar fashion to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] where you are hitting all angles in short timed intervals i.e. 30- 60s? Or is it more just straight out/straight up and straight down for longer time?

Apologies if it sounds like I'm trying to over think/complicate what is written above, more just trying to replicate your exact approach. I assume you are reverse kegalling throughout the stretch also?

Thanks for the new approach, I will begin doing this exercise tonight when i get home from work & note in my progress log & keep updates on how it's going ☺

Yeah I did not say:) I was doing 60 second stretches and like I said, I did them, with breaks, for 15-20 minutes.

I just tried this and i can say it's one of the most powerful manual streches i have ever done...and the flaccid length after you're done it's amazing..really good exercise , i will put this in my routine for good . Thank you DLD.

Dual = consisting of two parts, elements, or aspects.

No tug of war is a completely different stretch. This stretch depends on a very deep expressive grip opposed to a outward shaft grip. It is one of the best stretches I have ever created.
 
Ah yes I just read the TOW stretch it only pulls two points to stress the middle. Yours pulls those two points while also stretching out the whole cock nice.

I still haven't tried it because I always forget. I hope tomorrow will be different.
 
So my primary hand is gripping behin glands and pull out

My secondary hand is ok gripping the base as deep as possible and doing what?

Base hand is pushing into the body &#128076; <---- behind the glans hand is pulling away from the body----> &#128076;

I already do that :D I think there are so many ways to stretch our tools its so funny and nearly impossible to explain all ways ...

I just grip at the very base and push into the fatpad

I've just been keeping my base grip fairly loose while pushing into my body and when i feel like I've reached my maximum stretch with the other hand i tighten the base grip and push harder into my body again so it's like I'm stretching really hard in opposite directions. Idk, maybe that's wrong but that's what I've been doing, guess we'll have to wait on the inventor to weigh in on this, DLD?
 
I don't understand the stretch, we need videos on this forum for all stretches. Do I pull outward with my hand near the head and then pull towards my body with my hand on the base?

Using 2 hands..with hand 1 you grip at the base of the penis and push inside the body..you push back..just don't push forward like you do with normal streches..and with hand 2 you grip behind the head and stretch forward like a normal stretch..this is what i've undersood and this is the way i've done it and it's pretty sick.

You're explaining it very badly to me, sorry. What does push inside the body mean, does that mean "Stretching or pulling towards the body?". Sorry there needs to be a clearer statement. Also a video :)

Is your base ok grip fairly loose & just pushing into the fat pad for extra leverage or is it fairly tight & equal force applied to the stretch from both ends, in opposite directions (like opening an xmas bon bon?)

Perhaps I am now just overthinking it, need to wake up properly, it's waaaay to early to be up over here in Aussie land, i need coffee &#9749;
 
I adjust my grip for 30 seconds or so until I get the perfect grip at the base, then I stretch hard out while digging into the base for more internal penis. It's pretty simple but you get a great stretch and my flaccid is heavy from this and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]
 
You basically take your external penis to stretch it with two opposite-pulling hands.
At the same time you push your arms forward to own the internal penis.

When you have acquired the internal penis in step two secure it by digging in the base grip.

I tried this stretch, but I'm probably doing something wrong. I only feel a skin stretch basically. A painful skin stretch from the skin on the bottom of the shaft. Possibly because I have turkey neck? (which I am working on correcting)

The base grip is tight and constantly pushing deeper into the body as the upper hand is pulling outward..both grips should be tight. Another incredible thing I tried last night is doing these erect, WOW! Intensity big time!
 
This double stretch is cool, I find flaccid version is easy to do and I guess it will be effective for long term progression. I see some immediate effects on flaccid length, but for let's say one minute, a very short term gain (this stretch is a must-do for showers at the swimming pool lol).

I just included erect double strech in my routine. Trying things while being erect is one thing I learned here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. Other PE sites may consider it's almost forbidden ("no erect jelq at more than 80% erect" to prevent injuries, etc). Now that I'm conditioned, I try to push things forward, but always staying below the "red alert limit" to prevent injuries. As we all know, it is better to lower a regular exercise intensity and stay safe, rather than overdoing things too long and being forced to stop PE for one week after pushing too far a bad exercise.

Also, I recommend to try erect stretches of the lower part of internal penis. It takes some time to know how to grab but for me, expressing the internal penis is huge, as I saw real flaccid gains while including that in my routine. Another thing I learned thanks to your site, DLD ;-)

You could be surprise how hard is to injury your penis..everyone is thinking you can break it as easy as a stick...Idk why are they so scared..
 
The closest I ever came to doing a erect stretch was a size blaster.

SizeBlasters are great in many ways. They train length, girth, endurance and expressiveness.
