This is from an old post of mine. It's a simple, effective stretcher that can be worn for approximately 30 minutes or longer. CLOSELY MONITOR EVERY FEW MINUTES OR SO YOUR GLANS TEMPenis EnlargementRATURE AND FEELING UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT HOW LONG YOU CAN WEAR THIS WITHOUT CONCERN. ALSO, THE MORE TENSION YOU USE, THE LOWER THE WEAR TIME WILL LIKELY BE. TINKER, AND FIGURE OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. (Caps lock off now)
You can build this thing for under $10. How cool is that? It, unlike anything else I have used so far, is actually comfortable and can be worn with a good amount of tension (5lbs++) without coming off or causing damage to your penis.
Another cool thing about this device is not only the low cost, but the simplicity. It is perfect for the guy looking for something to stretch with, but not sure if he's ready to ''commit'' to Penis Enlargement OR another, more expensive option.
Here's what you need to make it:
One Cable Clamp brand plastic cable clamp. See the clamping forum sticky posts for ''where to'' for those.
A piece of dress sock or similar sock approximately 9" long or more or less depending on your flaccid girth. You will also need a full sized sock or some similar type of semi thick material to wrap around your leg under the dog collar.
A pack of small bungee cords as seen in the pics below. (about $3)
Medium nylon, adjustable dog collar as seen in pics below. You should know the diameter of your leg right below the knee...use a tape measure...mine measures about 13.5". The dog collar I use adjusts from 10" to 16". (about $2)
To Build:
First, you need to wrap your penis with the cloth/sock about mid shaft. Just wrap it semi snug. You dont need to secure the loose end with anything. Clamp will take care of that for you. Grab the clamp, and place it on topside up. (see pics) Make sure you are completely flaccid! Snap down the clamp slowly, untill it feels snug. Now, pull forward on the clamp. It should stop behind the glans. If it does not, you need to snap it down another click or two. OR, if that does not work, you need a thicker wrap, or a little more wrap to compensate. Ideally, you should get the clamp snug to the point it wont pull off easily, and there should still be a few clicks left on the clamp. Once you get that part figured out, this is important...you need to make a mental note of how many clicks are visible when the clamp is snapped down for your tightness setting.
Now, for the next step, you will need a hacksaw, or a similar small toothed saw. You can pick something up at any hardware store for just a few dollars. You are going to cut the back (thumb release side...see pics) of the top off of the clamp first. This will remove excess, un-needed material and make the clamp wearable against your leg and under loose pants
. With the clamp open, you want to carefully (this is the only semi hard part to do) start a cut about 3/16" to the side of the metal pin in the top of the clamp. In other words, with the thumb release side of the clamp pointed to the right, you will start the cut going right through the middle of the letter Cin the word "Clamp". Cut all the way through that part. Be very carefull not to cut any other part of the clamp. Now, remembering how many clicks were visible when the clamp was closed around your penis, you will cut the toothed part of the clamp right in front of the last visible click (with clamp open of course). Take a couple minutes now, and smooth all the rough edges off and round off the edges/corners of the thumb release side. You want it all smooth and rounded off.
One more hard part now. ( I know, I lied LOL) You can use either a very small drill bit or a small, heated up screwdriver or similar piece of metal. What you will be doing (referring to picture "newads4"), is melting or drilling two small holes in the clamp that the hooks on the bungee will go through. The pic shows about where to place those. (Black circles in pic) Once the holes are in place, youre ready to get this thing together!
Size the dog collar to your leg so that it fits around your shin area under your knee. It should fit snugly enough so that when tension is applied to the metal loop on the collar, it (the collar) does not twist and dig into the skin of your leg. The metal loop on the collar should be on the inside of your leg. Place the modified cable clamp back on as described above. Now, setup your bungee cord. You can use however much tension you desire. Use comon sense and dont over do it. The bungee should run through the metal loop on the collar, and the hooks of the bungee will hook into the holes you made in the clamp.
That's it! If you need the visual aids, refer to my pics please. You can build it yourself for practically nothing and it WORKS!
