I haven't been to the doctors yet, but for the past 2 weeks or so, I've lost most of my energy and motivation to basically do anything. I'm not depressed (at least I don't think I am..) and I'm approaching my 30th birthday this Friday, so I don't know if I'm at that age where this starts happening or not. Since this started, I've also been sleeping very early (6-7 pm) and wake up around 5-6 am for work and I'm still tired and lack energy. My EQ seems fine though. I've ordered this multivitamin type of pill which has lots of things to supposedly help with energy/mens health and it comes in tomorrow, so I'll see how that goes. I've also been taking l-arginine (about 3g) since two days ago as well.

I plan on seeing a doctor to get some blood work done, but what I wanted to know from those whose suffered from low t is what kind of medication were you on, if any, and did it help? Were there any side effects and were the results worth having those side effect? I really like to avoid taking any kind of medication for lots of reasons, but for the sake of my testosterone, I'm willing to try some things out.

why is the thread title "diagnosed with low T", but you havent even got bloods done yet lol.
stop over reacting and try to take some time for yourself to catch up on sleep/get rid of stress. try to eat healthier and slowly change your diet until you can get fruits and veggies in every day, then you wont even need a vitamin. Starting an exercise regiment even if its only 3x a week will also give you a huge energy/ego boost. just be confident and stop thinking youre an old man you are only 30 for crying out loud

i can relate and understand completely but I think you have nothing to worry on. The test will put your mind to rest but I am telling you things are fine. As we grow older it does become harder to do the things we did when we were younger. I am on a diet and exercise routine right now that would have been a snap for me ten years ago but today it is a major struggle. I am not depressed in any way just tired and I lack motivation. So what to do? For me it means pushing myself harder, doing the things I don't want to do right now so I can have the things I want later. I also know that habits are formed over time. We can't expect something to set in over a couple weeks, it takes the mind about 30 days to make a habitual change. I am stating this not just for you but for myself. What I am going to do is battle the fatigue and lack of motivation by busting my ass even harder. If you want something, like I do you need to be willing to do whatever the fuck it takes to get there. Using the Brotherhood is the best way to motivate and council yourself. I come here daily, since I have started this diet/routine with the good, the bad and the ugly because that makes me accountable and leaves me open to advise that can truly change things. I noticed you mentioned multivitamins. Be careful what you buy. Not all multis are created equal. Buy multis that are from natural sources. The types you see at most grocery or health stores are absolute garbage. Centrum, ect, are all synthetic derived vitamins. Your body has no clue how to absorb it and shits or pissed it out.

Not only that, but cheap vitamins have poor absorption. Take zine gluconate for example. The gluconate ester your body only absorbs about 5% of it. Stick to citrate, aspartate, and monomathyanine. They have excellent absorption. Read your labels.

One thing I notice gets my hormone levels ramped way up is being properly hydrated with mineral water and doing heavy squats at the gym. Give those a shot as well.

Yup, lifting heavy is always a good idea for keeping hormones in a more healthy range

I have heard a few people say tribulus is good. How often are you taking it?

I have it in liquid form so I take like 40-50 ml twice a day now ......it's awesome but also asphagarus juice and winter cherry he important role to play u know .....try one and then see difference if u want more then add the other twig I get u will feel change for sure

I think I have imbalance between esterogen and testosterone...cuz I have man Boobs and te reason is hormone imbalance ......I have also realised that exercise and taking these herbs has reduced my man boobs .....now I dot know which one is mainly helping but mainly it's both I guess

Well like I said earlier in this thread if your living healthy but you still think your hormones are messed up you can get blood work done. I had some things happen and my GH levels were rock bottom but I didn't know what hormone was the problem until I had bloodwork done.
 
Blood work can be expensive but at least it gives you a starting point for your health. You can see all levels like cholesterol and sugar levels too.
Another good thing about PE is it will strengthen your erections. So if somebody is having bad EQ do jelqs/edging/etc

The liquid form is probably more powerful. Remember too much test and the body starts converting it to estrogen which can cause things like gyno. I would probably just take it once a day either first thing in the morning or right before bed, since test production occurs while you sleep I would take it first thing in the morning so your body can work at night. My 2 cents

Have you ever been pumping iron for like 30min, and you feel like you get an adrenaline jolt?
If you continue training hard past this point your body runs out of test, and starts to feed on your muscles. Then you end up all sore the next day with no test to help you grow.

Its a similar parallel with PE that's why you have to fine tune the number of jelqs etc. So you find a "sweet spot" in your session when you should stop, and let it heal till the next training day.

i have a feeling trhat when i have lost my body fat and still my man boobs dont go then it is surely a hormonal problem....but if they are slowly going with exercise then its normal ..also chest and love handles are last places where the body fat will go from.....

All really good tips for increasing T naturally, instead of sleeping on the floor though I would just say sleep with a sheet instead of blanket so your nuts stay cool that helps T production while you sleep. Also sugar is ok from fruits. Guys it does work, last time I had bloodwork I had abnormally high testosterone and dhea. Just trying to take care of yourself and working out a lot makes a huge difference

I have always made this a requirement for myself before I cum I need to get at least 30 minutes of work in. It has served me well.
