Is it advisable to hang from the base of the cock? If one's goal is a more baseball bat-shaped cock, this would help, right? The pull wouldn't be focused in the main portion of the penis but more the internal penis and ligs, right? I mainly as because, the way I taper and the size of my glans has made any sort of hanging (and various stretches) a struggle to pull off.

Hanging lower on the base will increase the speed of base girth gains exponentially. The heavier the weight and longer the sessions the more it will increase. This is a sort of Expressive Stretching as it is low and accesses inner penis.

Hey DLD, I think he's saying that his dick tapers off to much towards the end and that makes it difficult to doing hanging exercises. The base girth increases because hanging pulls out the penis instead of creating new growth. The two are often confused. The penis gets much thicker deeper into the body. The base girth also increases because the ligs and tunica toughen and grow thicker through the resistance training. This is why after hanging for about 200 days I wound up with a mid girth of 5.3 and a base girth of 6.0 + . The difference in the girth isn't visually noticeable, but it is there. I can easily fit my hang our my midshaft but I have to squeeze my dick to get my fingers to touch at the base. The cool thing is that if I were to hang more and gain another inch that 6 inches of base girth would move and inch out.

I have read of one guy who had the opposite effect when pulling out his inner penis.
