At 600-1000 jelqs in the morning, you can expect to get about 0,5 cm in length in two months. At least I know I have and I managed to keep a steady growth at that pace.
The moments I haven't grown were the moments I had to stop doing it for a long period of time.

YES YOU CAN! :) Reminds me back in September 2001 when I first started Penis Enlargement all I did at first was Wet Jelqs 5 days on 2 days off. I didn't even stretch but I NOTICED the gains roll in over the months. I dont remember off the top of my head what I gained in the year but it was something like me going from 6.6 inches length to around 7 1/2 inches length and the girth went from 5.4 to 6 inches. I could be wrong here and need to add on some more months ... make it 14-16 months but my diet of exercise was mostly JELQING!

Guys fail to realize how easy and effective they are. Make sure you do them at a good erection quality (80-100%) and use a mixture of slow to fast repetions as you milk the shaft. You can use hard grips and light grips, again mix it up. Perform squeezes .. have fun with it. I really enjoyed jelq sessions. Once you know more about how your body reacts to it all then try clamping off at the base of the penis and that can be with a clamp, shoe lace, hair tie, string, hose clamp etc etc etc so long as it is easy to remove in an emergency so dont use those one tie electric plastic ties that have to be cut.

Whats this clamping does is engorge the penis to its max and when you jelq with this your multiplying the intensity many many times.

I'd say you should try pumping before you consider clamping.

Don't know about jelqing, I've gained way better through stretching.
 
In terms of length gains, you would gain faster with stretching in addition to jelqing but should still gain.

In terms of girth gains, you should be able to make some good progress by jelqing alone.
 
At one time there was only jelqing to gain, this was created thousands of years ago and it was used exclusively to enlarge the penis. Yes, jelqing works.
