I finally made it to Wal Mart to pick up a pack of Cable Clamps. Each pack is under $4 and comes with sm, med, & lg clamps.
My recommendation is this....
(1) Do a full Penis Enlargement session,
(2) Wrap well, like you're going to hang (to avoid pinching skin),
(3) Kegel vigorously, then clamp.
(4) Start with 1-minute clamps, but pay attention to color & glans temp - don't want it to get too cold.
(5) Do a few sets, with about 30-60 seconds rest in between.
(6) Shake it out good, to recirculate blood.
 
Cool. I usually do 7 - 10 sets of ten minutes a piece...most recently adding DLD bends while clamped. I think it's really working good this time. My dick is so sore afterwards. I don't think I'm resting enough, though. I have been gaining, though.

My girth workouts are very time consuming.
 
As we don't have cable clamps here I have to use a standard hose clamp w.wrap which leeds to at least 10min.sets to be productive due to all this annoying screwing/unscrewing.
Anyway, IMHO you need longer duration to make it (more)effective. Otherwise it's just like a manual Uli. I even find it more effective to clamp down by hand(okay-grip) for 1-2min.sets.
The advantage of using a clamp is the longer duration you're able to hold and even tighten more when your hand would be already to tired for a strong enough grip!
 
I am going to be picking up some clamps, but I have my eye on these constictor clamps. You won't need to wrap because it won't pinch the skin, and they look even better than the cable clamps.

Yeah, I agree that more than 1 minute would be effective, I was just referring to beginners. It depends how much experience you have with girth/constriction type work.
As Bib & others have written, the upper limit (of safety) is probably in the 15-20 minute range (per set) - but should be closely monitored for discoloration and/or cold.

Just curious, but by "so sore," do you mean the area you clamped, or the whole penis? Also, what have your gains been exclusively girth or have you also gained length? What would you say the ratio has been?
 
Soreness meaning the shaft, not the clamped area or base. I guess that's because I've been doing DLD bends along with the clamping.

I know this exercise is primarily for girth, but I swear it does something for length. My first week of clamping yeilded me a flaccid stretched length (NBP) increase of .25".

I think these clamped Uli-types of routines do help length as well. As far as ratios go, I couldn't say. They primarily work girth, but you're expanding in all dimensions, so it's only natural for length to increase somewhat. Plus I think by doing Ulies with a clamp somehow make getting length gains easier, at least for me. Don't know why though. Seems to make things more "pliable".
 
I believe many girth exercises also bring length due to the pressures exerted. Blood is being forceed into the penis, and along the penis. While this does have an outwards pressure, it must also have a length-wise pressure. Maybe doing girth first then length will bring benefits. Anyone up for an experiment? :)
 
I think it's important to stress that with longer duration the breaks inbetween must be longer to! Mine are up to 5min. to restore circulation and work up the erection again w. medium force dry jelqs and stroking.
What I do in addition is to continously kegel during UNSCREWING the clamp and press down with 3fingers of my free hand below the clamp(in the nutsack is that). This gives me a signifant additional head and length expansion.
 
I actually begun trying this with something called "zip Ties" probably the same thing your talking about desinged to hold wires together in bunches.
I actually tried an experiment of sleeping with the tie on all night and usually woke in the morning to find my cock was stone cold!
at first i had some noticable gains girth wise but then i decided to stop because it really did seem dangerous.

This is good news, as my length gains have been stubborn, as compared with girth - which came easily for me.

That is B&Qs website. Get the constrictor clamps as they are better than the Cable Clamps. I brought the Cable Clamps and they weren't very good at all.
 
those boa constrictor clamps do look like they could be very effective, but I'm getting some pretty good effectiveness out of my cable clamp at the moment so I'll stick with it for the time being. good find though.

On clamping and length:

When I measure my length while clamped, it's an inch longer than normal, so I guess when you exert pressure around the base, it pushes the rest of the cock foward, ya know what I mean?

I think clamping overall can help improve length gains since for some reason I think it makes the tunica more "pliable"...especially if you use hot wraps (which you should).

I just cannot hold a clamp by hand for as long as a plastic one can...it's a great advantage. You get to the erection level you want, then clamp down and get to work.

The shit I do takes so much fucking time it's unbelieveable. I try for ten sets of ten minutes...when you add down time in between sets, that's over two fucking hours. Lately I've been cutting down on sets since I included DLD bends hoping to increase the intensity so the workouts will still be effective, yet not take forever. Now I don't know what to do... I was getting results the long way, but now with less of a workload, I'm doubting I'll keep growing.

Girth is such a bitch. Gaining length has been a real pain in the dick also. I tug the fuck outta my dick, yet I can't seem to increase my FSL...even after I increased my stretch time and varied my exercises. Seems like everyday I get further away from getting that cock I want.

Well, I guess it had to happen.

I completed a super intense girth session tonight feuled by anger, despair and my own burning feelings of iniquity.

Now I have not one, but two and a half puffy, bulging donuts on my dark reddish purple shaft.

Everything feels okay and nothing hurts or is numb, but damn my dick looks like I fell out of a window and landed straddling a fuckin' metal fence. Mad fluid build-up. The area behind the clamp looks perfectly normal...no discoloration at all.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone because I believe if you find a Penis Enlargement method that works for YOU, you should stick with it and exploit it to the fullest. I just cannot get myself to like using this cable clamp. It does not matter if I wrap the clamp, the base of my penis, or both. It doesnt matter what I do erection wise...I just dont like using it. I prefer my hands. I'm glad that some of you other guys are really enjoying doing this though and I hope you see gains and continue seeing them.
 
You talking about the "bona constrictor"?? If so, dont buy one. Not for $70 anyway. You can make the same damn thing with a zip tie for less than $2.00!! Dude even shows you how to modify the zip tie on his site...double dumb if you pay for one I think.

By the way, I take back what I said in my last reply. I tried this again with the cable clamp. This time I wrapped the base of my dick with a thin dress sock instead of wrapping the clamp...and I like it! No pinching at all. I'm gonna do my girth session with this tonight and see what I think. Looks good though.

Hydromaxmm, Only packs of 20 of the medium size are available for shipping. I can't afford US$25 + US$10 shipping, this equates to like AU$70. It'd be alright if I could just by 2 or 3..not 20!

I still have to use the standard hose clamp. At least it's cheap and avilable everywhere. Don't forget to wrap.
 
I have plenty of hose clamps around. But they only come undone with a screwdriver, I just don't trust myself with a sharp object such as that near my schlong. Plus they are very tedious and slow to come off... I'm just gonna have to continue using a string.
 
Which way do you guys put on the clamp - I mean, since the shape is oval when clamped? Do you put more pressure on the top and bottom parts of your penis, do you twist it so you get more pressure on the sides, or both?
 
I think most guys put them on so the release is on top. The oval on the side ....pressure on the sides. Check out Itselectric's "Last night's ....." thread in the pic forum.

try the hose clamp! After some practice you will find it easy to tie/untie and a good wrap at the base protects you from screwdriver too. A string will never give you the same effect! As well there's an advantage of the hose over the cable clamp. As far as I understood you can't cut off completely bloodflow with the cable clamp but you can with the hose clamp!
If I'm wrong here, the cable clamp owners may correct me.
