I would say spot reducing is kinda and kinda not possible. Here is why I believe that. You can tone your muscles to make them look as if you lost fat (you actually do lose SOME fat from toning) but not entirely. Perhaps doing kegels can tone your pubic bone?

Developing muscle is one thing...reducing fat is another. You can't control where your body loses fat deposits from, but obviously you can target individual muscles.
 
Complete myth. If it was true, everybody would have saggy tits but a nice hard six pack. Shit, my neck fat would be gone cuz I hate wrinkles when I look down lol. The aspect of spot reducing is more like over-training, you think you lost fat but you burned through the muscle you accumulated, essentially the area lost weight but the weight was muscle not fat. The thin layer of fat is still looking at you laughing. Look through your genetics and figure out what spots your body holds the most fat; inner thighs, chest, stomach, love handles. Put it in your mind that you can lose it and see what changes happen. Just like PE, you gotta believe. You have to respect the work it takes some of us to get our fat down low enough. So many myths are out there so people can take advantage, you have to be strong to know what to believe. Until they give me true, unbiased studies proving otherwise, then I'll gladly change. Not a supplement companies own lab tech or sponsored biologists from a certain government. Look at steroids, your dick will shrink. No it won't, your balls will cuz they have no need to produce testosterone anymore, you'll pack muscle in your groin area and essentially make yourself look smaller. Just like camera work in adult entertainment. Steroids help those with weaknesses, asthma and rebuild our fallen soldiers atrophied muscles from being bed ridden. When things are used the right way, they open so many doors. Not money grubby cheats who outlaw things like Viagra cuz some idiots overdosed without knowing they had a bad heart or clogged arteries. Sometimes we just have to thin the herd. Know what I mean lol.

You do burn fat though, just not as much as if doing a cardio work out. The changes are very minimal to none.
 
Pussy also stretches over time to accommodate. Generally speaking, unless you have an unusually petite girl it's going to fit eventually. Just stay away from 10+ mark because that's not really a naturally occurring size. Or find a girl way into huge dildos first.
 
Of course spot reduction is not possible without a clean diet and cardio..but i think , as long as you have a clean diet and you do some cardio,it's possible to focus on specific part of your body a bit more than the others.

Not sure if you mean BPEL and BPSFL, as that would make more sense. My BPEL is just over 7.75" now, and BPFSL is 8" or potentially just over it (due to my ruler being slightly off). NBPFSL is too had to measure, since when I pull it out, it also pulls out skin in the fat pad, giving me no clear starting point. BPFSL used to be 7.75, so my fingers are crossed I'll see an erect gain in the next 1-2 months like has happened in the past.

Regardless, given what I've gained in the last year, I'll have to remember 'with extra inches comes extra responsibility' next time I am actually with a girl, given what people are saying about 8 or near 8 BPEL.

You're right I meant BPFSL, my bad. You say your BPFSL is 8" , this means you can get your BPEL (7.75) up to 8" by doing erect stretches if you haven't already, or any other inner penis exercises. Focusing more on inner penis exercises will definitely get your BPEL (7.75) to 8"

Haven't done any erect stretches yet...mainly just lig stretches and tunica (sp) where I use a finger or two as a fulcrum and stretch both up and down. Might have to look that up. Before starting PE my BPFSL was actually LESS than my BPEL...very quickly the two equaled out (before any other gains), and since then a gain in BPFSL normally means it will become my BPEL within a month or two.

Can't remember if I said it here either (posted in a few threads, plus I am over at Thunders and PE Gym), but hopefully I'll see 8.5" by next spring, and maybe 9" by 2017 if I am lucky. As far as I'm concerned, the bigger the better, until girls beg me to stop. lol

Yes. I was completely open and both women hated me for it. There are most likely situations where women may be ok but it will not last eventually penis envy will happen and the relationship will most likely collapse
