But it will only work in the context of an overall fat reduction with a clean diet, exercise, etc... Also the fatpad is a small area so spot reducing just that is difficult. Anyone serious about exercise can google "t-nation". Best fitness site on the web.
I would say spot reducing is kinda and kinda not possible. Here is why I believe that. You can tone your muscles to make them look as if you lost fat (you actually do lose SOME fat from toning) but not entirely. Perhaps doing kegels can tone your pubic bone?

I've set all my goals based on having 1" of fat down there, but yes, I'd love to get it down to about half of that (from memory, I've never had less than that due to genetics). Fingers are crossed by next spring I'll see at least 8.5 BPEL/7.5 NBPEL...that's about where 'big' starts in my own warped mind.
What's your NBPFSL? You can also gain if you have potential gains that are seen with NonBonePressedFlaccidStretchedLength(NBPFSL). If you have gap where your BPEL is 7.75 and your NBPFSL is 8.0 or 8.25 you can get your BPEL to that NBPFSL by doing Erect stretches
