Big gains with the Fastsize device

I've been using a combination of the Fastsize device while at work all day and then jelqing at night. I don't have a lot of time at night, usually just 20 minutes or so. After 4 weeks, I have gone from 6" erect to 6-3/4". Girth has changed by around 1/4 inch. I also notice that while I used to be 4" or so in the flaccid state I am much fuller now, when I'm not wearing the device. Do you use any sort of padding around the actual gripping part? I've found that I need to. Also, do you put it on when you're hard, or what? Just curious as to what you're doing exactly.

I've seen a few guys wearing them without padding. There's no way I could do it, I'm uncut and if I dont wrap, my foreskin gets pinched by the noose.

I wouldn't recommend wearing it without padding for a few reasons.
1) Rubbing of the noose against ur glans / under the glans, could cause irritation, desensitisation and blisters. ouch
ii) Pinching of ur foreskin in the noose. Not fun.
c) Padding makes it more comfortable for hours of wear.

I wouldn't put it on hard either. Could trap blood in the glans = discoloration.
