hey guys! hows everything.
been on here for a while, but just started to commit to the begginer routine shown below :Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

Now my issue, is doing straight up exercises shown above cause me to get hard, and having to stop for 3 mins ish and wait to get soft again, and doing jelqing after 30 seconds hard as a rock... any advice on how to stop this?
also just purchased the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and have used it today for the first time, is it best to use before or after exercising. thank you friends means alot..

Fzeeq, Welcome to the Brotherhood! I have a bit of advice that will truly help you on your way to making major gains quickly. Stretching all looks good but there are 3 additional stretches you should get in. 1. Bundled Stretches, 2. Expressive Stretches, 3. Erect Stretches. These 3 exercises will bring gains much faster when added to the stretches above. I love your approach to jelqing as it is in line with the newbie methodology. As far as your erect issues go I have 2 bits of advice. Erect jelqing is just fine, that is how I have always jelqed and I have made incredible girth gains. So have no fear with erect jelqing. When you start the SlowSquashJelqing you will not be able to remain 100% erect, most men will subside to about the 90% mark.

As far as stretching goes, masturbate before you stretch and your problem is solved.

use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after stretching, infact when you get that erection would be a perfect time to put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on

It does matter. Getting a good stretch is difficult after girth work. If doing girth and length in the same day or time be sure to do Length work first and Girth work second.

one last issue used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] yesterday and today. however im circumcised now for 3 years
frenulum always been a bit tight so when im erect the head is pointed downwards only a tiny tiny amount unnoticeable to most, but using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and i pump, the head is almost pointing down, as the frenulum is even tighter. hard to explain..

I've experimented recently with doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] before length while before i did length then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I don't see a difference when stretching after girth work. I still feel the stretch when doing length. Perhaps this may just be me but I'll continue doing this and let you guys know if it does get harder.

I give absolutely no consideration on what you do on a daily basis. I never accused you of anything, including contradicting yourself...what I did do was question if you actually read what you post, (something far more egregious, imo)

Well I assumed you were talking about what I had stated in other posts regarding my methods and my thoughts on how length is better before girth. Which to me makes more sense than bringing up anything else at the moment. What did you have in mind then.

But it is still a good idea to switch it up sometimes, no?
And assuming you could get a good stretch after girth, it probably would be pretty good for gaining :)

Sometimes after hard work i just let myself indulge in some bad food :) but discipline is still necessary to not get off hand.

I give myself an ice cream cone and a candy bar everyday for desert :) As long as I keep my calories to 2600 I am steady at my weight. But now, since challenged by 2slow, I will have my Son shoot pictures of my body so all can see my changes. You will see that all my muscle mass has returned and this can be compared to my photos and videos of 6 years ago to see that the muscle has been retained. The only exercises I do is 30 pushups and 30 sit-ups a day.

Well, I do not think so. I am very happy with the way my body looks, nice definition, nice balance, barely any fat or flab left, fat pad is very low. I will have pictures taken over Christmas by my Son. I have all of my before pictures so it will be pretty cool to see the difference. I look better than I did in the Channel 4 movie.

ya i read another guy recently who had a huge silicone package started to develope a bunch of hard spots and they had to deglove his entire penis and scrape all the crap out. sounds not worth it

Yeah, pretty much the only reason I watched it.
maybe I'll re-watch it at some point. So far I've seen it 2-3 times.

I just get pissed off everytime they talk about getting surgery for that...

natural PE takes time discipline etc,and even monotonous sometimes but is safer and the gains can be bigger than surgery..

Its been a not too good year,luckily thats the end of the year, 2017 should bring us great gains and great surprises..:)

besides i have been kinda busy and time was an asset i couldnt afford sometimes:P
