Thats pretty much exactly what I am doing right now. Need to get back with hanging also.

It is aways good to multitask when training, it helps time go by faster and makes PE more fun.
 
Apologies for not being very active last week , I've been a little busy with home life! Even though I've not had time to come on the forum last week's training went well, I managed to get a good volume of training in 💪 I even had the chance to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which I haven't had a chance to use for some time.
Something strange happened though as I couldn't seem to hit the same marker as I did the last time I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] even though my BPFSL had increased? I'm guessing it's because of my lack of usage of late . Normally I hit the line at the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] which is 7.5" but when I tried on sunday I could only get to the 7" mark. The one positive is that my girth seems to have stayed the same as I still pack the tube 😊 maybe it's the girth that's stopping me from hitting that 7.5" as I can feel myself sticking in the tube. Normally I don't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] in the bath like I did yesterday but I would use it in between jelqing and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s so I would be lubed up with coconut oil which would syop the friction. Guess I need to start saving for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] 😂

Well in the six days since I posted I have used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] only three times but today ( sunday) I have just made it past the 7.5" line by a whisker! It is only a tiny improvement but ill take it . Below is a link to a pic of me beating my previous mark.

Size does not come by the inch, it comes by the smallest margin. It is the building on these small victories that brings the inches. Keep up the good work, do not become complacent, always push the intensity and remain motivated.

I had another really good session today consisting of 35 minutes of jelqing followed by 5x5x3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s. For extra intensity I've been bundling for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s which feels great!
I haven't had chance to use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] today so I did some manual stretches in each direction for a minute each along with blasters. The workout wasn' as intense as my routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] but it was a good workout none the less.
Tomorrow I will be back to my regular [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] routine and I'm going to make sure I get some good girth work included like I have the last few days.

I'm not sure why I haven't done this before but today I trained sitting in a chair as opposed to standing like I normally do. I'm very happy that I did because I found an unbelievably strong stretch using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] hands free! This has got to be the most powerful version of any stretch I've done to date.
First off I should note that the chair I was sitting on has legs and this is very important to be able to perform this particular stretch. I got the idea from the stretch I do with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] handles behind my legs in a squat and then standing and arching backwards which is a powerful stretch in its own right, but for this stretch I sit on the edge of a chair and position the handles behind the chair legs! This alone creates alot of tension, I then very carefully moved myself backwards so the underside of my cock was squashed against the edge of the chair and then I began to gently arch backwards from my waste. I did all this very slowly and gently because as soon as I got onto this position the tension was unreal!! I held this stretch for a full 3 minutes and the feeling surpassed any of the behind the cheeks stretches I have been performing.
I can't wait until tomorrow so I can do some more of these bad boys 💪💪
