I do some light manual stretching before I pump and that's something I need to incorporate more, but also something that I haven't been confident in. When I stretch manually to get any force I always end up with a bit of pain from having to grab so hard and its really uncomfortable... I'm probably missing something simple here!
But with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] I do the "bathtub" stretches where you get your knees up and lean forward, I can't grab the thing worth a damn to pull on it like I did the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. I'll probably start using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] again just for the stretching sets and flip back and forth between the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words].
