What worked/works for me is entering the cylinder with the highest EQ possible and pumping until I start to feel the resistance, rest at that stage for a minute and then slowly increase the pressure, (stopping for a minute when I sense I've reached my max) and then keep pressing-on until it feels like my d!ck is almost ready to explode. I hold it here for a minute or two, and then I manually press the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] into my pelvis another 1/4" to 1/2" and release. I do this about 50 times at max pressure all the while timing my Kegels and reverse Kegels. After 5 minutes of this, I give it another half-pump, (all the pumping I'm doing is with my VacuVin mod, btw) and hold a Kegel for as long as I can and then release all the pressure, do some Jelqs and repeat the process 1 or 2 more times
