All I do is jelq. Manually. That's it. I even dropped the squeezes after every 100th jelq. I dropped all the frills, all the "next big thing"s.
Just straight up manual jelqing with vasoline. And let me tell ya, I think it's really working well. But here's the thing...
What I've found to really work for me is to just jelq, and that's it. I jelq for a minimum of an hour to a maximum of an hour and a half, jelqing the whole time, straight through, no break. I think doing it like this is the key to gaining anything from jelqing.
No squeezes in the middle of a jelq set. I save all that dogshit for after.
I think jelqing works best if you do it for a long time without stopping. The effect is cumulative, taking the whole hour to really start showing just how effective it is. Stopping in the middle of a good jelq to do something else is like taking 2 steps forward, and then two back. You must go the distance non-stop for best engorgement.
My dick swells bigger than I've ever seen it during a workout when I exercise it in this way. And each time I do it, I shoot for that maximum size, and then some. I try to top myself each time. I just never seemed to "get there" before using many other methods.
I also almost always blow my load after a session. It's necessary to get really into it when I work out, so when I'm done I'm so worked up that just putting my dick away for later is not an option. I let myself go, but make sure to jelq a little more afterwards to keep my penis from immediately contracting as it will do after cumming. Try this, it'll work.
