I've done it all when it comes to Penis Enlargement, except for the obvious bullshit methods like pills and that bullshit Blakoe Ring.

I've done (and still do sometimes) hanging, pumping, power-jelqing, Ulies, blah blah blah. All these work and I'm not knocking them. But...

Years later, I now take a different approach. Different but the same... and much more simple.

My whole Penis Enlargement thing has come full circle and I'm keeping it as simple as can be.

All I do is jelq. Manually. That's it. I even dropped the squeezes after every 100th jelq. I dropped all the frills, all the "next big thing"s.

Just straight up manual jelqing with vasoline. And let me tell ya, I think it's really working well. But here's the thing...

What I've found to really work for me is to just jelq, and that's it. I jelq for a minimum of an hour to a maximum of an hour and a half, jelqing the whole time, straight through, no break. I think doing it like this is the key to gaining anything from jelqing.

No squeezes in the middle of a jelq set. I save all that dogshit for after.

I think jelqing works best if you do it for a long time without stopping. The effect is cumulative, taking the whole hour to really start showing just how effective it is. Stopping in the middle of a good jelq to do something else is like taking 2 steps forward, and then two back. You must go the distance non-stop for best engorgement.

My dick swells bigger than I've ever seen it during a workout when I exercise it in this way. And each time I do it, I shoot for that maximum size, and then some. I try to top myself each time. I just never seemed to "get there" before using many other methods.

I also almost always blow my load after a session. It's necessary to get really into it when I work out, so when I'm done I'm so worked up that just putting my dick away for later is not an option. I let myself go, but make sure to jelq a little more afterwards to keep my penis from immediately contracting as it will do after cumming. Try this, it'll work. And you'll never have to feel guilty about cumming after a jelq.

By just doing a bare-bones pe workout, I'm getting somewhere, and in less time and effort.

Anyone agree?
 
Wow -- I'm surprised to see that someone else is in exactly the same boat as I am in. I fooled around with some different routines in the past half year or so, but have found that the one that I am most likely to be consistent with is the simplest: jelqing with vaseline.

1 to 1.5 hours!?! Whoa... I've been doing about 30 minutes tops. Sometimes when I'm doing the jelqs really hard I feel like I reach maximum engorgement in only about 15 minutes or so. The main reason I don't go longer is because I can't keep a hard erection while I'm jelqing for longer than about half an hour. What is your erection level during your workout? I imagine it fluctuates quite a bit during all that time. I suppose I could jelq erect for about 30 minutes, and then jelq around 60-70% for another 30 minutes. Would that be like that you're doing? Do you think I'm wasting my time by only doing 20-30 minutes?

Obviously you've been at Penis Enlargement for a long time. What was your starting size? What size were you when you started this "Jelq Only" routine? How long ago was that, and what have you gained on this program?

I would definately like to hear more from you and the thoughts of others, as this is a type of program that really appeals to me, and I would immagine a lot of others due to it's convenience and simplicity.
 
I try to jelq non-stop for between 20 minutes and half an hour, but depending on which lube I'm using I do have to stop roughly every 100-200 jelqs to top up lube.
 
What erection level freakazoid?

Doesn't the erection level during your jelqs have a lot to do with the effectiveness or what it is that you're training for (length vs. girth)?

pesonally, i prefer to jelq at 100% as it is easier for me to maintain. at the moment my main goal is length. what i've noticed (my experience only.not speaking for anyone else) is that its got more to do with stroke speed than erection level. if im jelqing for length i use a fast stroke (1-2 sec) and my erect length goes from 6.75 to 7.25 by the end of my session and stays that way for a couple of hours if i tie it off. for girth i will jelq slow (5-9 sec) and my erect girth(midshaft) goes from 6 to just under 7 and stays that way for the rest of the day if i tie it off. anglewise, i jelq in the direction of my erection. my strokes are very hard and im always sore post workout. i take a my bodybuilding supplements afterwards and im fully recovered by my next workout.
 
How many jelqs do you do per day freakazoid because I absolutely hate stretching, it hurts my glans and I have serious grip troubles. I would love to just have one huge jelqing session every day and try and gain without stretches.
 
For me bare-bones is Phase 5 Girth with Phase 1 length. The length portion of Phase 1 trains every conceivable angle while Phase 5 girth gives me the best possible expansion.
 
I would suggest that you try DLDs phase 5, it WILL get you gains.

I think a blend of Phase one stretching some bundled stretches and a-stretches would cover the bases for your stretching needs. They lend themselves to almost any conceiveable angle, including BTC and any kind of fulcrum stretch, and seem to trully work the targeted tissues with the utmost efficiency.

Girth work I like DLD's phase 5 as well. I also think there is a good amount of value with jelqing by itself a few days a week, while utilizing other forms of squeezes in two-three of the sessions in a week.

What is the opinion on doing length and girth work simulateneously (meaning during the same week) but keeping them on separate days?
 
i do 100 warmup jelqs then shoot for 600 straight, making each stroke harder and harder as i progress. i have a similar problem to insearchof9inch with glanpain and grip but i've noticed that i can get a good stretch when i use talcum powder with an astretch and vstretch.
