So after basically a year and a half of flirting with the whole Penis Enlargement process I finally began a steady routine last week. I also might throw some clamping in there to increase my girth as I always had a skinny dick.

My current stats are 6" x 5" Erect NBP and anywhere from 4"x4" - 5"x4" flacid. Having such a big flacid can be disheartening sometimes, when my first college love interest saw it she professed that it was the biggest she had ever seen "you must have an 8" dick!!" and every time we had sex I felt like I had some huge shortcoming because it didn't grow that much. This was compounded by the fact that at the time my dimensions were roughly 6.5"x3.5" and my dick resembled a pencil more than a mammoth meat rod. Since then I have unfortunately put on a few pounds and therefore lost some length to fat pad recession, but I am hitting the gym 5 days a week so hopefully that wont be a problem anymore. As well, as I hit puberty late, the Girth Fairy deemed it appropriate to gift me with an extra inch and a half over sopHydromaxore and junior year of college so while I lost a little ground on length, the pencil effect has worn off, though DLD's assertations are correct, I still see myself as thin-dicked even now.

My 6 month goals are 7"x5.5", which I think is completely reasonable. Bone Pressed I have another 3/4" of an inch, so I figure with a decent exercise regimen I can gain back at least .5" of that and add another half inch. Girth, I don't know, eventually I want to be 6" around whether I am 7 or 6 long. I guess long term my final goal would be 8 x 6 which I consider massive, but for right now 7 x 5.5 seems very attainable.

I'll keep this updated at least weekly, and I imagine I will be bugging the more experienced members for tips on technique and the like.
 
I wasn't going to update this thing until next week, but after adding some clamping and Edging I measured this morning on my off day and made a solid 1/8" girth gain. Note, the tape I used to measure was tight as could be around my dick and it measured 5-1/8". This being the tenth day of my workout, I am very impressed. I would say what did it for me was the Edging. I noticed that my dick was wider after the intense Jelqing and clamping, but more from swelling than anything. For the past two days I have done an hour or two of edging each day, and it turned that "soft girth" to "hard girth".
 
I've updated my routine after adjusting my medicine schedule. I take Strattera for ADHD, and it has the salt-peter effect (shitty boners). Because of this, I have decided to take it only during the weekdays with weekends off. This makes my weekday work out a LOT easier, because otherwise I'm hard as a rock after I start touching my cock. I actually attempted some Jelqing today, but it was a total waste, I got insanely hard after 20 jelqs and just couldn't keep going. Edging works out well though because I can keep a steely around for over an hour.

Strattera seems to be the miracle drug for my Penis Enlargement, before I always quit after a few days because it took so damned long with having to wait to let my erection go down to start stretching/jelqing again. To let my inner engineer (geek) out, my penis went from digital to analog (0 or 1 as far as erection goes to a wide range of hardness).

Ok, so two weeks have gone by and I now have a pretty solid routine. Its basically the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words], but here goes.

Warm Up

Stretching:
3 Sets Each of
BTC Left, Straight, Right
Straight Out Left, Straight, Right
Straight Down Left, Straight, Right
Straight Up Left, Straight, Right

I do each of these for 30-45 seconds, and break up each set with 25-30 rotary cranks, alternating direction each set.

300-600 Jelqs, started at 300, working up to 600 and probably going to stick there for some time.

100+ Kegels, I dont really count these, but I do about 20 of them at least 5 times a day.

Reverse Skin Stretch-Kegels:
To do this I work up to a full erection, than I do a kegel to get to that freaky 105% state where everything is just on overload. I stretch the skin down away from the head and try to hold the stretch and the kegel for at least 15-30 seconds. I do between 10-20 of these to get rid of some slight turkey necking and to stop any more hairy skin from creeping up the shaft.

Then of course the requisite Testicle Massage and Warm Down

Being that today was my two week mark, I decided to go ahead and do an official measurement, I have been noticing that flaccid wise, I am much fuller, but erect didnt look much different. To my absolute joy I gained an 1/8" in length and 1/16" in girth (hey fuck you its on my ruler). I'm really psyched about this whole thing, making even miniscule gains this fast makes me think that my short term goal of 7x6 is definitely doable.

My routine suffered over the last few days due to Homecoming. I was basically drunk/high/skiied up for the past 3 days. Maybe I'll post the detailed story later, but this weekend I hooked up with one of my ex's and she kept asking me if I was bigger (probably the girth). Having sex in a Red Bull truck is awesome.
 
Well, a little over a month in and time to take another measurement.

Haha, yeah, after hooking up with my ex the night before the game in her brother's Red Bull truck, I thought I was the man. But then on Saturday, I met back up with this chick I was digging last year. Ok, so not quite the two month mark, but after getting back to my routine I've finally reached past 7" BPFSL. Definitely noticing steady gains.
