I want to ask a question. If your goal is length. And your doing a length workout. Is it good or bad if AFTER a workout, your flaccid shortens slightly and your EQ is down. Would would this mean im pulling too hard? Or will i gain from this if i just do a rest day the next day? Like im wondering if this is a sign of doing a counter productive workout. Have you guys found a way around this? Im thinking i should just lower the intensity of the pulls and never go 100% or even 90% stretch because im ok after a workout with under that.

IF i dont pull so hard, after the workout my PI's will still be all positive. This allows me to do up to two workouts a day and still feel good. Would this be more productive to length?

i honestly can't tell you for sure, but i go for the hardest pull i can do without it hurting, but that's because my routine only lasts about 40 minutes, so if you do a longer session then i would imagine doing 80% would be fine
 
To combat lose of erection quality try edging for 10-15 minutes after your length workout. You see with length work the tissues in your dick are not getting as much blood supply because of the constant stretching. By edging you will be flushing fresh oxgenated blood to restore circulation back into your dick after your stretch workout. Ill try that thx. I actually only stretch for like 15 minutes after a good 10 minute warm up. It seems though that if i use too much hand strength in my stretches that my penis reacts to the stress by turtleing. But i thought we were supposed to pull our hardest, u know what i mean? I took a day off though and its back to normal, i dunno it if was productive though. To pull that hard i mean.

you should stretch more then. what's your routine look like?
 
Thx. So if i read it right, I have to stay within the plastic stress range and over time i will gain.

So the turtleing and drop in EQ is when ive stressed it out too far and the tissue has failed? Or is failure hard to reach?
