I want to ask a question. If your goal is length. And your doing a length workout. Is it good or bad if AFTER a workout, your flaccid shortens slightly and your EQ is down. Would would this mean im pulling too hard? Or will i gain from this if i just do a rest day the next day? Like im wondering if this is a sign of doing a counter productive workout. Have you guys found a way around this? Im thinking i should just lower the intensity of the pulls and never go 100% or even 90% stretch because im ok after a workout with under that.
IF i dont pull so hard, after the workout my PI's will still be all positive. This allows me to do up to two workouts a day and still feel good. Would this be more productive to length?
