Yah so today I was jelqing (1000 jelqs, 2 horse 440's every 100, 12 mins clamping after 600 jelqs, then 400 more). After the 500th jelqs I felt the urge to orgasm prolly b/c I was stroking too much to get myself hard again. So I did a kegel while doing a horse 440, and a decent amount of cum dribbled out.

ALAS ! The kegels paid off and it barely faced my erection strength. Finished my workout but I lost my erection a little bit more than usual, but nothing that deterred the workout. I even clamped after that brief orgasm. Unfortunately, at my 980th jelq, i had to orgasm so I just let it go. I hate myself b/c i did it twice in one session. Yet, I got hard again to test my post-workout pump and it was about 1/8 bigger. THats about normal w/ jelqing. During clamping, max expansion was same as usual.

If my expansion during clamping and post workout pump was not affected by orgasming by accident once, and letting go fully the second time, masterbation just can't have an effect on Penis Enlargement. IF you're getting max pump after the session, you're fine. I think its teh guys that don't kegel very much that might be affected.
 
I think what you are describing with the first "orgasm" happens often. It isn't really an 'orgasm' per se, as your second one was. Often with edging I have these miniature orgasms, but erection quality doesn't fade. After a real orgasm, erection quality does suffer.

So yes, the general consensus is to let it go if you feel the need, as long as it doesn't hinder your erections in the next session.
 
I sometimes like to train girth right after orgasm. It has a different feel to it, almost more pliable or something. On the occasion that I have ejaculated by mistake, while taking CIALIS or VIAGRA, my penis will stay semi hard for a long enough period to get in a decent amount of exercise.
