PF--- it comfortable and gives a all day light tension stretch

both combined...

but i will start slowly ....i will use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] then when i take it off i will put on PF....slowly when i can see that my glans are used to the PF....i will combine

I don't see how it would. It seems like it would make it easier to slip out and also gunk up the cap, condom sleeve, and possibly even the bell. [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] recommends baby powder in their instructions and that's what I've been using. It works great. I even go a step further and use the "medicated" kind which has aloe, vitamin e, and zinc oxide added to it.

I feel as though baby powder is the best to use to avoid blisters but I also believe everyone should find their threshold for when the blisters start to appear to avoid this issue completely.

i also tried keeping it at distance or pumping very less like one tip but still the blister comes...

what to do ???

If the devices are giving you problems, you should switch to using the SiliStretcher and the length master. If you are low on cash, get the length master only.
