Also, I thought about your blisters and I wanted to ask are you pulling your skin back after you put the sleeve on? Sometimes I have to adjust my skin before I pump so it doesn't get pinched. Medicated baby powder really helps also.

I believe if Pogzee take the advice he has gotten from all the posts here, he will surely sort out his problem.
Water blister or water retention that is the point. It's just got to do with tension and nothing else. You cannot prevent water retention but can lower it down. It your penis will be loose in the bell then more water retention. The penis should be tight in the bell.
