Whew, anyways, is anyone up for some kind of competition with me? My current size is 7.5" NBP x something (last measured was 5.125") but I wanna make sure.

At 7.5 you would actually be considered "big", but I know what you mean. I am happy with my size right now, but will probably continue to Penis Enlargement until I have a monster, too. I do not want to compete with you, however, because I know how single-minded you can be about your Penis Enlargement. I am the same way, but have to take breaks due to fluid pockets right behind the glans. My measurements are 7.20 x 6 (base) so I am pretty close to you.
 
Good spirit man! Sometimes this sort of stuff is what it takes to get yourself going again. I'll compete with you for girth gains this month if you like. I'm not working length in the immediate future though.
 
The old "punch in the face if you get lazy" method is great! I do that sometimes too lol.
 
Its electric, I am right there with you size wise. About 7.5 NBP and 5.25 girth thats not yet cemented. I am focusing on clamp sessions right now, but I am going to start hanging soon I hope.
 
Yeah we can have a big competition if you all like, we can do it percentage-wise for those not working a particular thing. Hell yes!! I'll measure girth after all of these people quit banging around outside my door.

These types of comps usually last a month. Keeps it short and easy time wise. How bout we see who can gain the most in whatever area we chose to work individually? For example, I'm shooting for a 1/4" girth gain this month.
 
Damn guys im there with 7.25 NBP and 5.25 girth, everyone around the same size should rally together and motivate each other.
 
Count me in guys. My last measurements almost a month ago were 7 7/8 x 5 1/4 but I think it has gone down since then because I had to take a break, so I lost some uncemented size. I'll measure tomorrow afternoon and report back. I'll also set my goal for this month at 1/4" length and girth (big freaking gain for a month).

I will be doing clamped constrictors multiple sessions per day as time allows.

Well, my goal is another .25" in length (that seems to be what I'm averaging, per month), and to even out my baseball shape as much as I can. I'm in the middle of a girth session right now (20 minute heat wrap in between 20 minute clamp sessions), so I'll measure my thinest and thickest points later tonight when the pump goes down.
 
My routine is MWF I do girth (constrictors...1 session 30 minutes). T TH S I do length (basic stretches, mostly tunica stuff like Bundled V stretches).

I'll have to measure tomorrow because I forgot to before my girth routine today.
 
Got my measurements as of May 3rd I am:
BP - 8"
NBP - 7.5"
EG - 5.25 (some points 5 3/8) but ill measure from the 5.25 point.

I finally hit 8" BP...feels good. Good luck and let the competition begin!
 
Oh, as for my routine, I do all the length exercises from Phase II, plus 5 minutes of bundled A-stretches twisted to the right, 5 minutes twisted to the left, then two 5 minute sets of V-stretches. I do these 7 days a week

Girth is double clamp horse squeezes every other day. I wrap in a heating pad for 20 minutes, jelq for 10, clamp for 20, heat wrap for 20, clamp for 20, then a last heat wrap for 20.

I also do the testicle health routine for 15 minutes.

I'm looking for 1/4 inch gains, which is about what I've been averaging in a month. Started February at 6X5, now at 6.75. Girths gone from 5.25 to 5.5. Just discovered this place about a week ago, and am hammering on constrictors.

I do about 30 minutes of constriction edging/contsriction jelq/jelq with a stretchs and kegels throughout the day...and then another 30 minutes at night if I have the change.

7X5.75 at by June 3 is what I'm hoping for!

Sorry I'm delinquent in getting my stats up. I just took a quick reading. I wasn't completely hard (like I was when taking the stats for my sig), so these aren't "official", but more to just give a ratio.

Mid-shaft girth: 5.125"

girth at skinniest point: 4.875


So, my skinniest point has about 95% of the girth my thickest point has.

All right guys, looks like I've got about an 1/8th of an inch in lenght already! I've added a good pull to then end of my jelqs.
 
Well, today after posting I did try to perfect my Pulse 110's and my bundled blasters. I'm going to do my length routine tonight because I was hanging larger today (temporary). Motivation, motivation, motivation!

Man...I've been so busy since I got back home (for the summer) I've only Penis Enlargement'd once in the last week. But I'm about to do a session today, and hopefully I'll be able to start back up full time once things calm down again.

Same situation here, went home for the past 5 days and Penis Enlargement went to shit. Now I am back at my apartment and hopefully will get into a routine.
 
I did better this week (got 3 sessions in and going to do another if I can squeeze it in). But guys, this hose clamp ADC is gonna save my butt this summer as far as Penis Enlargement. It keeps me pumped huge 24/7. But I still doubt I'll get my goal for this month. But I'll do as much as I possibly can.

I lose. I haven't measured but I also haven't gotten in many decent workouts so I may have even lost a bit of size. Arg.
 
Finished up at 7X6. Gained 1/4 in length, and 1/2 in girth! Thanks to my handy cable clamps. I stopped my normal routine about half way through due to time constraints. All I did the last two weeks was 10 minutes of clamping to get that extra 1/4 in girth.
8x6.5, here I come!!!

I had to bow out early due to a heat-wrap injury. I was able to do a few sessions of lite Penis Enlargement last week, but now think I'm able to go back to my normal routine.
 
kongdong, you have ridiculously awesome gains. what is your routine like? i see that you gained an inch in length in 3months, thats fricken crazy. please tell me what you did to get these gains.
