ALPHA LIGAMENT STRETCH
In a laying position grip your soft penis with palms facing down, hands crossed over one another and using thumb and forefinger of both hands, grip penis shaft, just below the head, pulling upward w/both hands, stretching penis towards your chin.

Once you have stretched to your full capacity, hold this position, strong, and do 50, 1 second kegels. Release one hand and grip penis at extreme base. Now stretch the lower position and upper position together while doing the In this position do a kegel. (Take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Now still in the stretch position do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you Reverse Kegel pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will unflex allowing you to increase your stretch. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds.

The entire time think this:

My penis is getting longer, this is incredible, I knew it was possible. I am longer with each stretch.

I want you to say this mantra:

(REPenis EnlargementAT THROUGHOUT EXERCISE) I am now open to change. I give myself the command to lengthen my penis and now I am getting longer with each stretch.

THis is completly off this topic, so excuse me, but instead of asking to check out my tread I posted yesterday, I'll just shoot in this one.

If I can achieve 3/4-1'' expansion by just jelqing clamped lightly vs. double the time jelqing regularly, is this the piont, as if, to get this expansion, regardless of how long, for me it really only takes 20-25 mins. of jelqing moderatly in the clamp not to tight. Is it a time issue of continuing to get the blood pushing, or just to the piont of expanding it this 3/4-1'' and that being the workout. As if I were to get this expansion in 25 mins. would I continue to jelq longer, because I remember reading one of your posts(DLD) saying that the optimal goal in a session(at least for girth) is to achieve this expansion. I wouldn't want to be cutting myself short, but if it only takes me 25mins, well then I'd be fine with that also. Whaddya think?

25 minutes is plenty of time especially if you are reaching the excellent expansion you posted.
 
I really agree with this method of incorperating psychology into Penis Enlargement exercises or just Penis Enlargement in general. It's a huge part of Penis Enlargement and I think what has kept me sticking to my routine for two months is my attitude. I have been thinking positively about my penis and my routine a lot and for the first time in a while I've gained.

I'm going to apply this mantra to my hanging sessions from now.

Another fantastic free exercise from DLD. :)

I think once you guys give this a try your going to not only find a grip that is unparalleled but an intensity that can only happen with a reverse dual grip. Since I am dyslexic this position came naturally to me but once I realized how intense it was I knew many men would benefit.
 
im gonna try this tonight when I do my daily Penis Enlargement ill let you know honestly what i got from it. Thanks DLD, question, how long have you experimented with this?
 
Seems like a great stretch...I need more stretching in my routines so I will try this one out and see how it works. I am probably going to purchase a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] soon...I hope it produces a great stretch.
 
I remember reading somewhere that Arnold Shwarzenegger ( however you spell it ) used visualization as well in his competitive years of bodybuilding.

I'm pretty sure every successful person has used visualization to reach their goals.
 
bottom line here fellas is that if you believe you can accomplish something, then you can. And similarly, if you doubt you can accomplish something then you will not accomplish the desired goal.

I think im going to try this out tonight in my session. Iv been struggling to find what routine i should stick to. Iv been switching my routine up for several months and im getting sick of it. I need to stay with something, instead of jumping around.
 
The grip on this exercise is incredible also, those who have a hard time keeping a good grip on upward stretches will find these very useful and powerful.

Word, I have enough to do 2 more:) We are trying to plan a trip to Miami in the next few weeks. We plan to try to shoot the film then. It is quite a process but this time I am directing it and I think this will move it along faster.
