No gains this month. I dont know what I have done wrong. Maybe more intensity or something else.

Sunday: off

Lenght: 30 minutes of intense stretching (DLD Blasters, main stretches)
Girth: (jelquing 10 minutes, isolated compression squeeze 10 minutes)

(extender every day min 2h)
