i have been doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 3 months. the first two and a half months i have been going strong then cut the workout to half each day for the rest of the month. well i decided to measure and gained nothing. kinda disappointed as i worked really hard and did not gain a thing. any suggestions?

my workout :
morning- 2 min stretch, jump in shower 300 jelqes. 100-150 kegels
night- manual stretching for about 45 mins getting all the angles

i am only a bit under 6 in length and 5.5 in girth. would rather get some fgast length gains so should i stop the jelqes?

Is this a 7 day a week routine? You may want to give yourself a week break with nothing (not even kegels) Then start back again and try a 2 day on 1 day off routine. Or you can attempt what I'm about to start in the next month.


Day 1 = 600 wet jelqs, some SSJs (10 at 1 minute each), and some ulis
Day 2 = [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretches 3 sets in all 4 directions
Day 3 = repeat day 1
Day 4 = repeat day 2
Day 5 = repeat day 1
Day 6 = repeat day 2
Day 7 = break


Every day except the 7th I'd also be doing kegels 100 to 200.


Cause I'm gonna hit it with the weight loss philosophy that worked for me which was the same pattern with sculpt (weight training) and circuit (cardio) it keeps you working on the gains, but gives the penis the 24 hour rest period that the body needs when working out...may work who knows!!!


For you though try writing down your routine in EXTREME detail, how the stretch felt, what you used to do it, how long you did it, any weird feelings or distractions you may have had, what type of lubrication you use for jelqs, your hand reaction did it cramp or tire? all that could be used to maximize your efforts and also isolate the problem. I know when I first started way back with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I had serious hand cramping issues (but since I got gains this was a good sign for me) it meant I was gripping and pulling as hard as I could and I saw resolutes. Keep at it, though with a consistent, safe routine you can make gains.


Work smart and consistently with time for recovery don't let Penis Enlargement consume you then you start to measure every few hours before routines, after when you get a hard-on in the morning and it's all you think about.
 
aeroth: thanks for the tips, i think i am going to start up what you said. I think my main problem could be that i did not give it a good enough rest. i was so eager into making some gains.

i also stopped going to the gym. i use to go at least 3-5 days a week. then gave myself a week break as i always do, but then stopped. and thats when i started Penis Enlargement. could that be a problem also? (schools killing me)

The bold = your problem :P You're stressing about school so it's hard to focus on working out and also on Penis Enlargement. My advice get back into working out it has great benefits for Penis Enlargement, better circulation, relieves stress, more energy, helps you get into a routine. I'd line up the Penis Enlargement with the workout too. (Yeah working out 6 days a week if possible!) But setup the routine so the days you workout in cardio you're doing jelqing (girth work) in Penis Enlargement the cardio work will get your blood flowing so you may see a dramatic improvement in the girth work as compared to doing it without cardio. The stretch on the days you workout with weights. Mainly because I feel stretching is less intense on the muscles you use. Like a good stretch session requires strong hands but a good girth session will work your forearms too (which will be fatigued a bit with weight work)


but yeah you may simply want to hold off on Penis Enlargement until school calms down, or devote a 1 day off 1 day on routine. So you're not "trying" to get in the routine and preventing more stress.
