i have been doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 3 months. the first two and a half months i have been going strong then cut the workout to half each day for the rest of the month. well i decided to measure and gained nothing. kinda disappointed as i worked really hard and did not gain a thing. any suggestions?
my workout :
morning- 2 min stretch, jump in shower 300 jelqes. 100-150 kegels
night- manual stretching for about 45 mins getting all the angles
i am only a bit under 6 in length and 5.5 in girth. would rather get some fgast length gains so should i stop the jelqes?
