Ive been jelqing for since the 5th of january, i started of for 2 weeks with 300 jelqs 6 days a week....after the 2 weeks i started doing 600 jelqs 5 days a week and i have gained NOTHING.....im still 4.75 inches in girth i havnt even gained a millimeter......ive been squeezing really hard.


Why is it im not gaining in girth??

I have gained .25 inches in length since january 5th and i think thats quite a good result but im very unhappy with the girth result.. <:(

Should i try some other techniques or stick with jelqs?

If you are getting nothing from the jelqs I suggest you move into an advanced exercise. I suggest Girth Busters or Slow Squash Jelqs, both are superior girth exercises. I did not make much girth gains from jelqs either and it is the reason I invented so many exercises around girth. A simple change to something more intense got my girth going.

I made some great gains with jelqing. In my first 4 months of Penis Enlargement I did not make any other grith workout. I did my wet jelqs 5 times a week for about half an hour (actually a little more and I did stretching of course) and I gainend almost 0,5 inches (1cm).

I always do jelqs when I'm fully errected and these are very intense.

AHA you do them when your fully erect....i do them about 70/80% erect.....Are you supposed to do them at 100% erect? it makes more sense i guess because your penis is fully filled with blood and its expanded to its maximum so it can enlarge more...

Me too. I have always done my girth work hard. I could never do the 80% thing. I remember when I first related this to the Penis Enlargement community and I was ostracized for it.

Thats because some people dont want everyone to know secrets of making fast gains etc. people are like that with everything, they dont like sharing...its a mean world
 
I had been at a standstill with my Pe. Part of it was that I was being too rough and squeezing too hard. I spent some time working on my jelq technique and now I seem to be back on track with it. Maybe you need to make the jelqs smoother and slower and more even.

Do you warm up? I didn't. It made a difference. Now I hang it in a glass of warm water for a few minutes.

Do you use lube? I use massage oils. They smell nice. I have a herbal penis, he he he.

I think it was more the fact that I did not head the warning and through this I discover a better way to make girth gains. In anything in life there are risk takers and people who will never take risks. I did and it benefited me.
 
yeah, jelqs work, man.

Jelq checklist for success:

1. warm up and down, 5 min a piece
2. 100&#37; erect
3. lots of lube
4. slower the better
5. kegel every time before you grip the base
6. COMITMENT!!
 
Ive never warmed up for any Penis Enlargement exercise. Just sayin'.

Unless jelqing itself is considered warm-up, because I always do those before my other exercises. But I can't be bothered to use warm water and such. Not recommending this for everyone, but I never stretched before hockey either. I guess my body is just injury tolerant.

Glad to hear this! Stick to your new routine for 3 months and I'm sure you will make good girth gains.

I also like Ulli-squeezes a lot, but I do the squeezes with my hole hand, also with 100&#37; errection. But be careful, these are very intensive. I did them the last 3 months and I hope I got some good gains. I will see tomorrow, when I meassure again. My I put some pics online, too.
 
Before any other exercises were available jelqs were it. It would still be this way if it were not for the internet.
