Some info:
I am 21, 5' 10" 160 lbs. Athletic shape, very little fat-pad
I recently took a job that allows me to work from home, so considering all the free private time I will have now and given my age being old enough to where I feel natural development has stopped. I think this is the perfect time to start this challenge.
My current stats are:
4-5" flaccid length
4-5" flaccid girth
8" bone-pressed erect length
5 3/4" erect mid-shaft girth
6" erect base girth
Now my challenge is to you DLD and all other experienced members to come up with a safe yet effective routine for me. I want it to incorporate all of the following penis enlargement tools I use.
Tools:
Jelq Device
Kaplan Premium Electric Pump

Now obviously there are many different routines out there and I have tried few of them in the past. I am in no way disrespecting DLD's program or anyone else's but because of your experience Mike (DLD) and some of the other respected members of this board. I would like to hear input on this challenge. I would like you to come up with a program for me incorporating everything I have listed and understand that time is not an issue. But it's safety and effectiveness that I am after. That I leave to you, the experts.
And for your knowledge I am experienced in pumping so there is no need to question my conditioning for this challenge.
A detailed program for me would include exactly what stretches would be most effective, a clamping program (something I am not that familiar in), a pump schedule, jelq program, and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] schedule..
I know this is alot to ask anyone but I truly believe this challenge will be a help to everyone on this board as I will be keeping a detailed log of this quest..
I will begin this challenge Monday October 30th 2006 and will follow it as best as I can for 1 year until October 30th 2007...
My goals are as follows:

6" flaccid girth
10" bone-pressed erect length

7 1/2" erect base girth
Now I know those are lofty expectations but I am dedicated towards achieving them and I look forward and appreciate any input given. Thank you again.
