Some info:

I am 21, 5' 10" 160 lbs. Athletic shape, very little fat-pad
I recently took a job that allows me to work from home, so considering all the free private time I will have now and given my age being old enough to where I feel natural development has stopped. I think this is the perfect time to start this challenge.

My current stats are:
4-5" flaccid length
4-5" flaccid girth
8" bone-pressed erect length
5 3/4" erect mid-shaft girth
6" erect base girth

Now my challenge is to you DLD and all other experienced members to come up with a safe yet effective routine for me. I want it to incorporate all of the following penis enlargement tools I use.

Tools:
Jelq Device
Kaplan Premium Electric Pump

Now obviously there are many different routines out there and I have tried few of them in the past. I am in no way disrespecting DLD's program or anyone else's but because of your experience Mike (DLD) and some of the other respected members of this board. I would like to hear input on this challenge. I would like you to come up with a program for me incorporating everything I have listed and understand that time is not an issue. But it's safety and effectiveness that I am after. That I leave to you, the experts.
And for your knowledge I am experienced in pumping so there is no need to question my conditioning for this challenge.

A detailed program for me would include exactly what stretches would be most effective, a clamping program (something I am not that familiar in), a pump schedule, jelq program, and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] schedule..

I know this is alot to ask anyone but I truly believe this challenge will be a help to everyone on this board as I will be keeping a detailed log of this quest..

I will begin this challenge Monday October 30th 2006 and will follow it as best as I can for 1 year until October 30th 2007...

My goals are as follows:
8" flaccid length
6" flaccid girth
10" bone-pressed erect length
7" erect mid-shaft girth
7 1/2" erect base girth

Hey, its good to know what your exact goals are, But your flaccid goal seems unrealistic no offense. I mean ur flaccid would be the ideal erect penis size. I would change your flaccid goals. Unless someone wants to prove me wrong otherwise.
 
No offense taken, I understand that my current size is ideal for most people and that I am already alot larger than average. But for me I want more, and I'm sure true vets of Penis Enlargement understand this thinking... So please limit the responses to my post, to what I have asked for in the way of advice on a program..

you realize DLD charges a fee for coming up with routines? I doubt he will make a custom routine for you in the free forum...but I could be wrong. How about you devise a routine yourself, post it, and ask for comments. It might be more productive.
 
Charges for a custom routine huh? well that's funny.. Kinda why I called it a challenge to him or anyone to creat something that involved all aspects of P.E. and then prove it or disprove it... I mean I was not only asking his input but from other Experienced vets as well.. I could come up with my own but that kinda defeats the purpose of asking... and doing it that way would be much more time consuming on coming up with an actual program.. I guess I will wait a few more days to see if I can get any input.. After that I will probably write these forums off.. After all they are here to help.. So let's see if they do..

Damn people, yall answer for me then write me off? Thats kind of fucked up. I have been very busy and I have not had a chance to even look at this. I have written routines for men for years for free. Please do your research before you answer for me....then write off my forums.

You have so much time on your hands, yet you are so anxious to get started THIS INSTANT? Here's the first step: come up with a routine.
 
Who's writing anything off. I said I would wait a while to see if anyone gave some input and came up with a safe yet effective routine. Preferably DLD and then if no one answered in say two weeks I would have forgotten about it.. Obviously I can come up with a routine, but I am not as experienced as some here.. That's why I asked, that's what the forums are for I thought.. Well DLD I didn't answer for you and if you have come up with routines for people for years for free. I would love to hear your input on this idea, a program that incorporate all tools of P.E. I look forward to hearing from you or others soon, as I said I'd like to get started in a few weeks..

I would say, considering all of the methods you want incorporated into this routine, you would need multi-involvement with a routine from a few members. I am able to write the manual and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] portions but their are much more qualified men to handle the other parts. I would also be concerned with time as all of the mentioned techniques would be very time consuming unless the routine changes daily.
 
Why is everyone so ambitious? I have found that the gains I am making are the same as some of those who are spending 3x the amount of time in a day doing Penis Enlargement as me. After a certain point in a day, you've reached your max and every second spent on Penis Enlargement after that is pointless. At least in my opinion.

The variable here is intensity. The most difficult lesson to get across in Penis Enlargement is intensity. Men may believe they are at their maximum intensity but they are really far bellow it, hence gains are slow or non-existent. By the same line of thinking, the same person may hear this and put in too much intensity and hurt themselves. This lesson is so hard to express to people who have no reference point. The biggest reason men should join the members site is to see, by video, the intensity I put into it and even then it is not 100% comprehensible. I wish I could show everyone intensity in person, help to bring them to this blur between max intensity and injury, the place that gains lay waiting. My best advice is to slowly progress further and further into intensity, listen very closely to their bodies and find the sweet spot that you and others have found.
 
Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
7:00 am
morning stretch DLD Blasters (on the 50 5 sec/5sec sets do these in a standing position on the keggle, on the reverse slowly squat down)

9:00: 5 minute set of Expressive Stretches.

10:00 am
A jelq session is 700 hard jelqs with 2 sets of DLD Bends every 100. The bends should be done in a upwards curve for 30 seconds then a downword curve for 30 seconds. I train at 100% hard for the jelqs and 90% hard for the bends. I do a 30 second horse squeeze in at the end of the bends. Jelqing is the catalyst for the Bends and Horses meaning I use every set of 100 jelqs to get as hard as I can.

Noonish: 100 PC squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure


8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes. What I do is 3 60 second masage exercises.
1.) massage all around my sack using my thumb and forfinger avoiding the testes.
2.) With one hand grab around the top of my sack using the other hand I rub the balls all over in a nice steady motion.
3.) Grabbing my penis in a firm grip and grabbing my sack in a firm grip I stretch my penis up and my balls down.

Each of these exercise should be done for 1 minute each. This will increase the sensitivity and produce a greater load amount.

10:00 pm
30 Minutes of SLOW SQUASH JELQS

Lazy Ass stretches all day making sure to return circulation evry 10 minutes. I do about 4 hours of these daily. If these are not possible than I would suggest an additional DLD blaster set mid-day.

If LAZY ASS STRETCHES are not possible, the Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] is another option.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (Sunday Off)

Well guys, I have been on my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] workout our for a while and I am seeing some
nice gains plus some new stretch marks. I thought I would share my routine here for some of the guys looking to get started with their [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]'s and give some insight into some of the mechanics of why I chose this routine.

10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] A-Stretches 5 Left, R Right, 60 seconds
10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 2-handed A-stretches, 60 seconds
10 Bow and Arrow stretches, 5 left, 5 right, 60 seconds
10 2 handed Down and outs.

I normally start the 1st two cycles a little lighter intensity as a warm up. These stretches can be very intense and I would rather build up in intesity so I can get a really awesome stretch toward the end of the workout.

I do this in a cycle starting with the Left hand A-stretch then the 2 hand, then the left hand bow and arrow, then the down and out. I then swith hands to start the next cycle. After the first 5 cycles, I then do 5 rotary cranks starting with the left hand and then take a 5 min break. After the break, I start all over but of course I then start with the right hand. After this 5, I then do 5 more rotary cranks.

Yeah I can totally understand what you mean there DLD. Its kind of like people going to the gym. Some go there for about an hour, lift heavy the entire time and get out and are ripped. Then there are those that sit there and talk to people for 20 minutes between each set and wonder why they never get anywhere. And big props to you for actually making the routine DLD. It just shows how much you really care about everybody. I swear you got a big fat payment coming to you from me as soon as I actaully get some money.

Dld is a very nice profession kind of guy, and i think goldmemeber should be man enough to apologise to dld for undermining him and saying dld charges for routines. i disagree just look at the gem of a routine he has just churned out dudes.
