So I had been clamping consistently 5 days a week for a couple months, with little gains (maybe 1/16"). I knew something had to change. I was getting max expansion every time I clamped, but something was off.

I thought about it for a while, and developed a new routine based around healing. Some genetic freaks out there like DLD heal really fast, and so can train at high intensity every day. Not all of us are like this, so I developed a routine that not only allowed rest for healing, but includes exercises to encourage healing. I believe that the state of being horny encourages healing in the body, so to that end I use Edging as a way of creating this state.

The routine itself consists of two kinds of workouts, that are alternated daily.

Workout 1: Max expansion day
2x10 minute sets of clamping while edging. Much kegaling to maintain max expansion.
After clamping edge for 15-30 minutes. Throw in some constrictors or SSJs if you feel like it.

Workout 2: Healing day
Do a 1 minute low-pressure [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].
Then edge and slowly do low intensity wet jelqs at 100% erection for 2-5 minutes.
Repeat this process 3-5 times. When you're done edge for 10 minutes.

I know DLD preaches 'when you hit a plateau, increase intensity.' I'm sure this works for some, but this new routine I developed works for me. I'd just like to offer it to others as an option.

But before I gained I based my idea on some very simple principles. First stress the tissue, then give it everything it needs to heal. Edging fills your dick with oxygenated blood while it is in an erect, expanded state.

I saw some guys gaining length by doing a max stretch workout, then letting the penis heal under all-day-traction devices. My routine mimics this concept except for girth.
 
Im focused only on girth.what do you think about this routine:
Alternate day by day

day 1
5-10 min. strech/5-10 min. jelq/30-60 min. clamped edging

day 2
edging 30-60 min.
 
And how important is the PONR in edging? Some days I can get there in 5-10 minutes and other days I can go for 30 minutes and never get here. Is the point of edging to stay erect or does the PONR play a big role.
 
I'm actually giving not ejaculating a try and it really looks like i'm going to have gains as well! The last time i busted a load was june 17th and that will be the last day for a while. I really believe this will help gains like you said, I'v been edging every day now also.

I would say that's good but I'll add a few things in bold:
day 1
5-10 min. strech/5-10 min. jelq/30-60 min. clamped edging. regular edging 10-20 min.

day 2
Light constrictors/jelqing/5-10 min. edging 30-60 min.

The pattern is: 1)Max expansion, 2)heal while expanded and horny. Sometimes at work when I go to the bathroom I'll just do 1 light [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and then edge for 5 minutes. Simple as that.

I wouldn't worry about the PONR. As long as you're hard and horny, the edging will do its job.

Not ejaculating may help, but it drives me nuts. I only abstain like every other day. I think that if you edge for 30-40 minutes after a girth workout, 80% of the healing will have taken place, so if you bust a nut after that you'll be okay IMHO.

I haven't gained since. Not because of the routine, but because I just haven't been doing it consistently. I kind of switched my routine (I'm always experimenting) based on some reading I did. I did find a way to increase my EQ, but it requires a much lighter intensity in general. I think I'm going to switch back to this routine since it seemed to work so well. I'll report back when I make more gains.
 
whats edging and how do you exactly do it. my bpel is 7.5 but eg is only 5.3 and id like some there

just did my first EVER routine today, 3 sets of stretching, 200 jelqs, and 100 pc squeezes just to see how i feel. im kinda pumped hahah

any advice would help on this girth topic, hey redzulu2003, if u got time could u explain how to do a few of these girth excersizes im struggling navigating thru the forum.
