So I had been clamping consistently 5 days a week for a couple months, with little gains (maybe 1/16"). I knew something had to change. I was getting max expansion every time I clamped, but something was off.
I thought about it for a while, and developed a new routine based around healing. Some genetic freaks out there like DLD heal really fast, and so can train at high intensity every day. Not all of us are like this, so I developed a routine that not only allowed rest for healing, but includes exercises to encourage healing. I believe that the state of being horny encourages healing in the body, so to that end I use Edging as a way of creating this state.
The routine itself consists of two kinds of workouts, that are alternated daily.
Workout 1: Max expansion day
2x10 minute sets of clamping while edging. Much kegaling to maintain max expansion.
After clamping edge for 15-30 minutes. Throw in some constrictors or SSJs if you feel like it.
Workout 2: Healing day
Do a 1 minute low-pressure [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].
Then edge and slowly do low intensity wet jelqs at 100% erection for 2-5 minutes.
Repeat this process 3-5 times. When you're done edge for 10 minutes.
I know DLD preaches 'when you hit a plateau, increase intensity.' I'm sure this works for some, but this new routine I developed works for me. I'd just like to offer it to others as an option.
