In theory I have been trying your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] idea since i read it. As in I wrap and keep extended as long as possible after the main workout. I have a lot of time on my hands and have been giving hanging a shot. I keep away from all girth work except for a bit of jelqing to keep my dick healthy. The reason being that I do not want to toughen my tunica and it seems I gained pretty good girth from uli's so will leave girth until I have improved my length.
The problem I am having DLD is that since the last post I have been hanging OTS for a month with very decent weight and around 15hrs a week but no results. I have now switched to hanging straight down to see if I can hit the ligs and get some of my inner dick out. I also manually stretch in all angles throughout the day. I know you are not a hanger but you are full of experience and can appreciate how hanging works. So any expert advice would be most welcome, same goes to the successful hangers out there. Please chime in!
