I'm new to the forum, but I've been at Penis Enlargement for almost 2 months. After about 3 weeks, I measured and noticed some girth gains, but nothing in length. I realized pretty quickly that I'm quite happy with my girth as it is right now, and it is length that I really care about. I'm currently at about 6" BPenis EnlargementL. So I have altered my routine to my current needs. This is what I'm doing now, 7 days a week.

Most Days:
  • Warm up with rice sock
  • 50-second holds in all directions (straight, N,S,E,W,NW,NE,SW,SE)
  • V-Stretch, A-Stretch, BTC Stretch, Rotating Stretch - All 50-second holds
  • All stretches are usually done for 2 sets
  • Wet Jelqs - Usually about 100
  • Warm down
  • Light wrap after the routine to "train" a better flaccid hang - 20 minutes to an hour
  • Wrap again multiple times per day

Remaining Days:

Extended stretch routine listed above - 3 sets or more

OR

250 wet jelqs


I live with my fiancée, so on I sometimes have to limit my routine, but my consistency, dedication, and motivation are all great. I don't plan on investing in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], because it just isn't practical for me. I also don't plan on hanging. I basically just plan on sticking with the manual Penis Enlargement. So, given all of the information above, do you think this is a good routine for gaining length, while also supporting a little bit of girth gains as well? Should I change anything, or add anything? I'd really appreciate any ideas or input from the vets out there. Also, I plan to wait about 6 months before I measure. Do you think this is a bad idea? I know it's important to measure to see if the routine is working, but I'd rather see substantial increases when I measure than millimeters, you know?

Welcome to the forum! Your routine looks good, just make sure to get those jelqs up to around 300 when you feel ready. It is good you posted this thread but I would copy and paste it into the Routines section so we can watch your progress. AGain welcome and I wish you all the gains you desire.

you should do the blasters while performing the A-stretch and some expressive stretching right before the BTCs.:)

That is a good point, if you are using the A-Stretch you might as well be doing DLD Blasters. The Expressive Stretching is another great addition that EVERYONE should be doing.
 
DLD, thanks for the welcome and the tip about the "Routines" section. I didn't even realize it was there! And thanks to everyone for the replies. I appreciate your input. I have to admit that I'm clueless about blasters and expressive stretching. I've done a lot of reading on Penis Enlargement, but I guess I just haven't come across those topics yet. Is there a section on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] detailing these techniques? If you all think they will help, I'll definitely incorporate them into my routine. yes friend!i think if a newbie with at least 6 weeks of Penis Enlargementing experience performs the DLD blasters accurately while in a A-stretch setting for another 6 weeks 50 reps daily,he should gain more or, less 1 inch of erect length.The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] is a great option to accomplish that target as it puts unreal mechanical force on the buddy.:)

Most of these guys disappear from the forum after a while. I believe some of them might have achieved their goals and others gave up and some will come back.
