What is the absolute smallest that your penis gets?

For me about 3.25 inches less than flaccid, with all the wrong conditions such as; being sick, cold or in the middle of a workout.

I haven't measured in a while but my last BIG measurement was about 6.75 NBPenis EnlargementL, with all the right conditions such as; Eating healthy, being well, 30 minutes to an hour after good cardio workout.

Normal flaccid is somewhere around 4 inches.
 
my smallest is 3-4 inches im a grower my bigest is 7-7/12 inches
 
Smallest: 6.5 x 4.75
Largest: 10.5 x 6.5
 
I remember kayaking in midwinter and capsizing while getting in. I finished kayaking 2 hours later and i actually think my penis was smaller then than it was a birth. Id say it was an inch.

If i count that it'd be like;

Smallest ever: 1" vs 2"
Biggest ever: 8.02" vs 6"

If i was thinking normal chills in winter when im not drenched, id say my smallest would be about 3" vs 4"
 
I've had it go inside the skin and have the head trapped before, but that was so rare I wont count it. If we are talking flaccid-ish somewhere around 3.5"x4" is the smallest with around 7"x5" my best hang.
 
Smallest: 4.8 x 5.25 (shrinkage in ice water and not in the mood at all)
Largest: 8.25" x 6.6" (heart-pumpin horny, and about to rip through cars)

This fucking freaked me out. I don't even know how to describe it, but one day it just went inside and got stuck there for a minute. The panic probably made it worse. I am circumcised but it retracted inside and looked like I had a small uncut cock. But it was stuck there. It was just weird. I think this happened twice on the same day and never before or since.

Normally now when fully erect my dick is nbel 8.8 x 5.5 midgirth x 6 base girth. bpel is 9.2inches.
When on 100 miligrams of viagra my dick is at its biggest at nbel 8.8-8.9 x 5.7 midgirth x 6.2 base girth.

Well I aint measured to see my smallest currently but when I have a cold or something like it my flaccid penis seems to turtle to approx 3 3/4-4inches in length and girth being smaller than usual.
Its usually 5 1/2 - 6 inches flaccid length.

Erection length when smallest would be in the mid 7 inch range and early to middle 6 inch girth range. Usually just over 8 inches length and 6.9-7 inches girth.

These small days have come from stress and anxious days but also when its cold and when I'm not well with a cold.

Smallest flaccid vs largest erection is what I am looking for. Although, I don't like to call shrinkage a flaccid. In reality I think of it as less than flaccid. I am interested because I notice with myself the amazing difference between a raging boner and a shrunken dick. It's almost like; how is that the same dick from before?
