The problem is gripping the tunica tight enough without the skin sliding over it too easily. To minimize these issues I found clamp position crucial. For wrapping it's about comfort and it's different for everyone. The choice is how much padding do you need for yourself. Myself, it was trial and error, I used only a head band that's was 18-inches long and 2.5-inches wide.
To setup the wrapping and the clamp on the Length-Master I would start everything at the base of the penis with a fully stretch penis during wrapping and clamping. First, fully stretch out the penis with one hand and place the wrapping , loose-snug, not tight at the base of the penis. Second, still maintaining the fully stretched penis, place the clamp on, snug. Now, this is where you adjust for skin tension and why you place the wrapping /clamp on snug. Last, let go of the fully stretch penis and slightly pull the clamp forward, this will check your skin tension. With the clamp pull forward and maintained, with one hand pull downward on the skin of the penis towards the base. Loosen up the clamp if necessary to manipulate the skin properly downward. This takes a little practice. and you may have to do it several times before you get it right. I use to spend up to 15-20 minutes trying to get the clamp on just right, Frustrated at times but determined to learn how to do it with ease. When complete the clamp should be about 1.5 to 2-inches from the base of the penis.
One of the few members who own the LengthMaster! They have been gone for a year. A new models is being released next month.
