Yep. Unless you "cement" the gains by exercising occasionally for a little while.

I'm just wondering if they're ever truly "cemented." Maybe some gains, but certainly not all of them.

I think you have to maintain a routine pretty close to the one which gave you the gains if you want to keep them. For how long? I have no idea. My guess is for years.

I would say you would certainly lose some of your gains if not all of them if you cut back too soon.

Just my thoughts after almost two years of continuous Penis Enlargement.

I think it'll shrink somewhat, but like others posted, if you "cemented" some, those will not shrink. I believe you should keep up a maintenence routine when you stop pe. In other words, Never stop all pe.

So lose it and others don't. Me, I'm lucky. Though my gains came slow, I didn't lose much of anything (maybe a 1/4 inch in length) when I took some long ass breaks (> 1 year). Regardless, cementing the gains is a good thing especially if you've recently had a big jump in size.

Say your length jumps a half inch in a couple of months. If you stop right then, you might have some shrinkage, but if you keep going for say another couple of months you should cement your gain. Of course the "bad" side is you might add more and then need to cement that.

Lets see for me on length I have quit for nearly a year and not seen any loss in length. On girth, I have taken off for as long as 6 months straight and lost 1/8" which is not much.

I wonder who came up with the "cementing". Common sense says you will lose most of your girth gains and some of your lenght gains if you ever stop, unless you pour cement in to your dick. Have you ever seen a fat person lose weight on a diet, then stop dieting and stay skinny? Have you ever seen a bodybuilder that stopped working out for years and still was huge?

Have you ever seen someone who guaged out their earlobes, and didnt wear the jewelry in them? ;) We're talking more along the lines of stretching simple skin and tissues. A fat person who loses a bunch of weight often will have loose skin left behind because the skin was so stretched from their obesity and the excess fat tissues stretching out their skin. Once you stretch skin beyond a certain point, it stays stretched with very little atrophy. I laugh to myself when I see these weirdos with these huge corks in their earlobes or faces. They cannot correct that skin stretching other than with surgery.

That's why I said you will only lose some of your length gains as that is mostly stretched ligaments and tissue. Girth gains I think you will lose most of if you quit,.

Naw, I beg to differ. Not trying to deliberately argue. Just from my own experience. Youre stretching your penis even if you are working girth. Youre just stretching it in a difference manner from the inside with blood pressure. If it were true that you would lose "all" of your girth gains, I would have lost more than that very small 1/8" after 6 months.
