i started stretching like 2 sessions ago and it has lowered my eq, it has decrease my length by .25 inch due to lower eq, my question is why is stretching lowering my eq? i thought it was suppose to help me gain length, i only did 3 sets of 30 seconds for up and 3 sets for straight out, pretty light intensity. When i just jelq and dont stretch i find my eq to be higher.

3 sets of 30 seconds doesn't seem like a lot, but we don't know how hard you are pulling. Too much of any PE exercise is going to kill your EQ. It sounds like you are just starting so either you are stretching too much or too hard. I would back off and just jelq until your erections are strong again. And slowly work your way up in stretching time
 
Are you doing a Kegel Routine each day? This can really help. Fatigue is normal after a serious workout but a day off should bring eq back to 100%.
 
I find that if you pull the structures which help close off the blood in the penis then EQ can go until they heal. Depending on how much damage you cause & how much stress you are under it can take up to 10 days for it to come back. Don't panic.
As advised do stretch more gradually and give your body plenty of chance to get good nutrition, fresh water & rest.

i dont do kegels because i cant figure out how to do a reverse kegel properly so i rather not cause pelvic floor imbalance. DLD for jelqing does 2 strokes (left hand and right hand) count as one rep or does each stroke count as a rep? is it possible to gain 1 inch in length just from jelqing and manual stretching?

yeah when i stretch i feel like im cutting off circulation from my grip right under the glans. I get a pretty decent stretch on my shaft that way so its weird that i measure a quarter inch shorter the next day since i get a nice flaccid hang 10 minutes after i stretch.
 
it may just be an reaction. a shock if you may to the new stimuli you put your best friend trough.

it can also be because your tissue is soft and easy to manipulate and this is your first gains (most people lose quality temporarily when they grow. and kegels can solve this)

if it feels bad, if there is any pain. then stop!

and remember this is a marathon not a sprint
 
I get lower EQ from stretching but I do it for hours a day with 10+ lbs, but a few minutes shouldn't cause low EQ. Definitely work on kegals. Start with regular ones, you'll learn reverse kegals as you progress.
 
And remember that when you do experience fatigue, stretch even more because this is the best time to make length gains, when your penis is exhausted and too weak to resist the intensity.
