Warm-ups are very important and can be done many ways but they should never be left out. A warm up can be something as simple as some light BathMate pumping, or gentle stretching, it could also be a heating pad or a hot compress, heck, it could even be a hot shower. Warm-downs can also be done but in SRT we skip warm-downs in favor of using a cock ring to hold expansion or using a SizeGenetics, or similar to hold elongation along as possible.
