Hey guys,

I'm about 3 weeks into my routine, and I've started out with DLD's routine.

I'm just wondering whether I should continue with the stretches where I pull straight out, or I should move on. I'm gaining girth through clamping rather quickly, and I'm not feeling the length gains much. I remember reading something about LOT. Perhaps I should focus on tunica stretches? How much should I be gaining/how much have you fellas gained with straight out stretches?

Clamping is going very well. I think clamping is the best way to gain girth.

Thanks for the help!

DICK, you need to be very careful if you are only 3 weeks into Penis Enlargement and already doing clamping. It takes a good while to make you penis "in shape" to take the abuse you will give it in Penis Enlargement and Clamping can be very stressful. GS

the newbie routine includes stretches in all directions anyways, so get on with them, they will help, especially if u have tight ligs. the downward stretches may give you some fairly quick gains.

I´d give the samre advice as above, clamping can be very dangerous if you´re not conditioned. Girth gains in 3 weeks sounds more like swollen or fluid buildup. Take it easy, go for the newbie routine for a long period.
You could add the btc (between the cheeks stretch) though, a good way of gaining length in the beginning. An excercise that is a good complement to the newbie routine.

These guys have given you some good solid advice. I'm a mod in a different forum and I bounce over here to see what is going on occasionally. As a beginner take your time and calm down. You shouldn't even think about clamping until you have at least three months of good Penis Enlargement on your Penis Enlargement resume. Remember moving to fast will typically cause an injury, and trust me nothing slows down your gains like an injury.

thanks for the advice. ill take it easy on the clamping (ie stop doing it).

so what you are saying is that I should follow DLD's routine exactly?

since clamping/hanging isnt included in his routine, when should I add it?
