Measure on an off day so you aren't including your pump. Length should be fine to measure whenever. Except for flaccid hang.
 
DONT measure it at all cuz if you dont gain then your EQ goes down... measure at the start of your workout and then if you want you can measure it weekly and not daily to keep a progress report.
I personally feel if its getting bigger then i can see it and feel it. What are the numbers gonna do there ???....lol
 
yup 6 months is how long i didnt measure once earlier .but got barely any gains also so it was hard to compare if i had gained or not.
 
I dont measure anymore, every time I get pissed because somehow I expect bigger gain, and I quit measuring, fuck it
 
Depends on what you are measuring for. If you are making an official measurement to see gains made over a period of time you should do it after a day off when the penis has best eq. If you are measuring to see how effective exercise is you should measure directly after a session and this should be done by measuring erect girth to see if girth work is expansive and flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed to see if length work is causing elongation.

I don't measure anymore, nothing, if penis growing I will see it, if not I will work harder and that's about it!

Very true sometimes the time a guy can spend exercising can give him not a milimeter..great words.

I didn't mean to literally WORK HARDER by beating the shit out of penis, I meant to work with more willpower and determination, that's the key, beating the shit out of dick won't get you anywhere, don't worry about me bro, I know what I am doing

i think its about EQ .. everyone has a different emotional quality....
someone here will feel disheartened or feel bad after measuring everyday and seeing no gains......these people measure to see gains
someone here will feel not feel disheartened after measuring everyday as they are doing for record......these people are keeping track or journal...

both of the guys do hard work and have determination to grow but the PURPOSE OF MEASUREMENT is different.

thats y i prefer measuring weekly atleast to keep track of progress and the routine...
perestroyka i am happy that you are confident with what you are doing but keep a record not daily if you want but a weekly if possible as a advice from me ..:)
 
When I see in my eyes that the penis is BIG, then I will measure, I am afraid of ruler, disappointed me few times, and I said NO to measuring, thanks for an advice bro :)

Same here perstroyka .....exactly same.....if its getting big then i can see it and feel its big :)
but like i said the other people like to keep track of progress and clearly you are not one of them and neither am i .....rather weekly...lol
 
Yeah, but weekly measuring also can be bad for mind, if man doesn't see gain (but he gained in micro level) he can be sad and quit if has weak willpower, better monthly I think. :)

Hahaha guys why satisfy our selves with the ruler. If a girl says your dick now has grown bigger and fat then I think it's the best ruler for measurment.

Best measurment is when you place your penis on top of her stomach and your tip of the head is touching her belly button, then you know you can cause damage in her! :)
