hi everybody, ive been doing the dld newbie routine now for about a month. ive had excellent results. before i started i was at about 5.9 in NBPEL and about 6.5 BPEL i am now at 6.5 NBPEL and about 7.1 BPEL i didnt think itd be possible to gain as fast as i did but i think ive just really loosened up my ligaments doing the stretches. anyways onto my question, i want to gain about another 1-2" in length. my goal is to be around 7.5-8 inch NBPEL. what is the best routine to follow that would get me here the quickest and if theres a device i can use that is more subtle and not too expensive what would it be to help me get there? i do have a gf and a family i live with so i would have to use the device in the bathroom where no one is gonna be walking in or knowing about it lol

Those are great results man. Honestly, why change up what you're doing if you've had such great results? I would continue doing what you're doing and continue to measure every 2 weeks or so. If you've made no gains, then it may be time to step up the intensity. But until then, I definitely recommend you continue to do what you're doing.

If you have money to blow on PE devices, an extender is a good option, but it's not a guarantee it will help you much. Some people get big gains from them, and some people say it did nothing more than increase their flaccid length. They are limited on when you can use them as well, as moving around a lot with them is kind of a nuisance and they can be hard to hide especially if you're wearing shorts.

If you want to gain girth as well, then the Bathmate is an awesome choice. It will almost certainly quicken your girth gains from what I've seen around the forum and in my personal experience as well. You can also do "Bathmate Hardcore Stretches", which is a great way to "pull out" inner penis. There are other stretches for this as well though, so the Bathmate isn't necessary by any means. Just depends on your cash flow and how serious you are about PE.
ADS's (all day stretchers) like Uncle Jims Wrap, divo cup/suit, the auto xsleeve, and a ton of others are a good way to "heal extended" and are relatively cheap.

As for routines, the "gain one inch in 12 weeks" routine seems good and the length portion from DLD's SRT routine is something to look at, as well as the SRT theory itself.

I agree. If what you are doing is working, stay with it. If it aint broke don't fix it.

This is all good advice. tyk, keep going with what you're doing. Usually when your not seeing anything for about 2 weeks to a month, then you can step it up or switch your tactics. Stay on your current routine and use this time to plan a new routine specialized to you. SRT is a great article and worth reading every word.
