what length do you guys have your extenders set at? - me, 14cm

My latest stats:
- Extender(3.75) + 3" bar+ 1" bar= 7.75"
- Using it on and off for almost a year, serious in the last month of active Penis Enlargement.
- 6.25"
- Don't know
- 8"-8.5"
- 3-4 h

Matthew2003- Increase the extender stretching length to your BPFSL. Keep tension low in the beginning.

I definately cant go straight to my BPFSL, thats 19cm at its absolute best, that would tear me apart, ive been feeling enough weird sensations from 14cm
i actually have a different one to the fast size, but from the base ring to the tip of my penis is 14cm, im definately feeling a stretch, infact i was getting an uncomfortable feeling when i would pull it upwards to stretch out the underside of the penis. Mainly im using it pointing to the floor, Are there any negative effects caused by not giving even time to having it pointing downwards and upwards?, im spending 90% of time pointing to the floor!!


I think i will go with what the pamphlet says, it says i should stay at 14 cm (4cm less than erect length) for 5 days then move up 0.5cm for another week, just because i cant imagine the stress on my penis if i went to my BPFSL

Sorry, i should have said, i think im also adjusting slowly, and need to start 4 cm less then my erect length because i hav ea slight bend in my penis, but i will say i can feel a definate altering of my penis towards being straighter while using this decive, it forces the tissue out but also straight, does anyone where it to one side to correct a bend?, would this help?, my bend it toward my left leg.

I am very interested in this as well. I have an extender and I tend to extend the left about a half inch farther then the right. (I also curve towards the left leg) Since I've started pe, I've been wanting to straighten that out! I've read its from masturbating too much with my right hand. (Or lack of blood flow to the left shaft of my guy) Is this the case and I need to stretch the left while mostly erect? Any advice will be greatly appreciated! This is my first post, I have only great for respect for the monsters in this forum. (Hope/planning on joining the 6, 7, and 8 club someday) At least I have some time to work on girth! haha
 
How would you guys feel about eighth inch increments?
 
Eighth inch incremints? I'm just here to learn from the experienced. Thanks for the response. I currently have the left side of my extender slightly over an eighth inch extended farther then the right. I've only been using the extender for like a week so at first I was adjusting to the added tension. Now I seem to have more pressure on my left shaft. Not sure if that was what you were going to suggest. I don't know why but today I'm feeling more confident about this.. I didn't think the extender would fix this problem origonally. I really like this site, looking forward to joining the pay site as soon as my money transfers from my bank account to my paypal. Thanks again for the response.
 
Some infomation for the bros that a use penis extender and want to know how to determine the stretching length:

1. Measure your BPFSL of only your shaft, because the shaft is stretched and not the glans.
2. Measure your BPenis EnlargementL of the shaft & glans together and separately.


I will take myself as an example. My last my BPenis EnlargementL was 7.8”, my erect glans is around 1.6”; so my erect shaft length should be 6.2”. IF my erect shaft length is 6.2, I have to make sure that I stretch the flaccid shaft BEYOND 6.2”.
My manually stretched shaft length is around 6.8”. With medium tension, I can stretch my penis shaft in the extender up to 6.6”.

High tension leads to more stress, which will provide more length and less wearing time. Lower tension will do the reverse. Keep the tension medium and the wearing time and stretching length as high as possible. Try to aim for holding a stretch that is at least 0.4” longer than you erect shaft.
 
Go to what feels like your max setting, one in make the micro adjustments at the base and you can get another .25" of stretch.
 
DLD, I'm going up in 1/8" increments. The exact bar length doesn't matter imho, because you can adjust the screws a full inch easily.

To the original poster: I don't measure from the tip, because it doesn't really make sense to me. Your head is a lot smaller when it's in the extender than when you're erect. I measure from the base of the head, right where the rubber strap sits. Currently, I keep that at 6", which is right where the base of my head is when I'm at MAX erection. (the head adds 1.625" erect, but only 1.25" in the stretcher)

I started at 5.75", and I've only gone up 1/4" since I started using it, but I'm definitely getting a good stretch. My flaccid hang is up 1/4" in 3 months and I'm only averaging 2 hours a day. (I'm now up to 5.5" flaccid hang, and I started Penis Enlargement at 4.75". Gained the first 1/4" from manual stretching)

I have the bars set so that when I put it on, it ranges from 5.75-5.875", and then I use the screws to fine tune it to 6". I generally never let the screws go all the way down or it pinches my scrotum.

In my opinion, you should use as few bars as you can, and rely on the screws. This makes it much easier to put on the stretcher. But, to each his own. :) I definitely love the feeling you get when you add another 0.5cm bar. :)

I would agree, I also do my manual stretches before I put it on, goes on a lot easier!
 
Yeah, I do limited manual stretching first too, mostly to stretch the penis skin, but I've definitely noticed that it's easier to get the extender on that way.

My shaft BPenis EnlargementL is 14 cm. When I put the extender on, add bars and unscrew the base screws I make a 15 cm shaft stretch. But that's when my penis is pointing forward. Won't the stretch be weaker when my penis is pointing downward?

Also another question, I guess I could put more bars, but in an hour and less my head is aching like hell. I use the Fastsize extender and I just use the stock foam while I tighten the noose just below the glans. The lower part starts hurting afterwards. I'm uncut. What wrapping technique do you guys suggest?

I would try Fedora's Wrapping Technique, it will allow you to stay extended longer with more tension.
 
Another thing, since I'm a bit confused as different people say different things.

I set my extender to BPFSL. I feel that my sessions shouldn't be less than an hour since after that point I really start feeling a burning sensation in shaft, which I'm guessing could only be a good sign. Considering the intensity of the stretch, it being FSL, 1+ cm over erect shaft length and all, how many hours per day should I be wearing? Is more than 4 unnecessary, even dangerous?
 
I'm finding it difficult to get the tension and correct length for the extender. I was doing it last night and got set-up but I had too much tension, so couldn't stay in long.
 
Start at your erect length for a week or so just to become used to it. I would also suggest you try some wet tissue at attachments as this really alleviates a lot of the stress of skin to device pain. It is a learning curve RED but you are the master, you will get it.
 
Yeah its like the Bathmate and clamping, all need a learning curve. Just I learnt them quicker me being already used to that type of work but extenders is fairly new to me. I'll keep at this because of the sheer results it does bring, the device is tested and proven so no reason at all why I or anyone else cannot gain with this once the basics are learned of how to use it.
 
I do a lot of manual stretching and with this on, it doesnt feel nearly as intense , I dont feel it inside my body more like just a tension on my penis shaft, not a pulling from inside. Is this normal ? With extender on, I can move the penis around a little from side to side, like the tension isnt fully stretched. I cant get it any tighter as I cant secure the head initially or cant get a stretch far enough to try to secure the head, I turn the screws and get a good pull(at least at the head)... should it just be a stretch or an intense type stretch like manual exercises ? Hard to explain, I can stretch out and then after I have it set, I wait 5 or 10 min, check it and I can push the springs down and my penis feels about the same, just a little ache at the head, and the tension isnt very intense on my actual shaft ? Make an sense to anyone ?
