The 1st device that I purchased was the SizeGenetics and shortly after, (maybe a week or two) I found The Bathmate product. I used both for about a month until it became impossible to squeeze-into the extender. Since I used the Bathmate at least twice daily, I was really never 'un-pumped' or at my 'normal' state. After around 6 months, I realized there was some growth, (but it was so gradual that visually it didn't register when I looked in the mirror...still doesn't, but like BBB says, 'the ruler doesn't lie') and I measured and had gained around 3/4 in length and girth. The ruler is kryptonite for my erection, so I've been using the gauge on The BM for gain references. For th elast week or so, I've been doing my lazy version of the BM Hardcore Stretches where I get as erect as possible and point my X40 straight down and lock it between my legs for the last 5 mins. of my session. I'll try to upload a pic tomorrow for a better visual, but the stretch feel very intense and I think there's some potential cuz I can see some progress in this short period of time. I don't do anything else for PE
 
John, Measuring is so important over visual appearance because it is the only true way to realize the gains we have made. For many guys, myself included, we go through a period of PDD or Penile Dysmorphic Disorder. PDD was a paper I wrote years ago on how we can gain as much size as we like but if our minds do not grow alongside of this process we will have a hard time visually seeing the gains. Another thing to consider in erect measurements is there can be so much fluctuation due to erection quality that these measurements can jump around so I save official measuring until I have a 100% erection. Some men get anxiety measuring erect so in that case I suggest measuring flaccid stretches, bone-pressed. This measurement will always remain consistent no matter eq or body fat.

The biggest point in all of this is make the best initial measurements as possible and chart those measurements with accuracy and tie the growth to the exercises, tools for routines you are using. This way you can have a great overview of what is working and what is not working. Finally official measurements should take place every three months but there are two measurements you can take daily that give a sort of map to future gains and these two measurements are Flaccid Bone Pressed Length as this is where length gains show up first. Second, girth measurements directly after training to be sure there is expansion after each session.

Amen DLD! I read and re-read your PDD paper and have all the traits. Your support, BBB's, as well as the rest of The Brotherhood have unlocked a lot of the mental-inertia that comes with change, (especially gradual and incremental change). I'm sold on the process and know this is something that works for me, my emotional health has increased and brought all sorts of ancillary benefits as well. Funny thing about the confidence inspired by a huge log in your pants...seems to permeate your entire being and everyone you come in contact with.

My girth fluctuates a lot with EQ. It's made me quite demotivated at times when it's lower. You are definitely right a change in perception can change everything.

Thank you John. You will be happy to know that a new article is slated for release. It is the SRT version of mental PE with some new, very powerful methods of making the mind work for us, not against us. It has been hours upon hours of study as I am making an assimilation between neurology and physics that will help us gain a much greater understanding of self and abilities. I am very excited to finish this work and allow the Brotherhood to see.
 
It took me nearly 9-10 months to get 0.5" length and 0.625" in girth last year. This year I'm shooting to get to 6.5" x 5.625. I've proven to myself its attainable, and I'm going for it!
