This may or may not be a solution to you, but it worked for me.

About 5 months ago i was suffering from premature ejaculation, ( Lasted about 2-4 minutes.)
Now its a different story i can go for a long time :cool::cool:

I strongly believe my Pe what due to uncontrolled kegels/Spasm. When i had sex or mastrubated i would make all kind of uncontrolled kegels.
So decided to drop all these weird technique, like the start stop technique and realised that edgeing and sex wasn't going to do shit for my PE.
so i started started doing reverse kegels, and i now do 2 min x 8 set every other day.
So using the point of the reverse kegels while having sex or mastrubate and paying some attention, and bamm, the uncontrolled doens't happen as much as it did before paying attention to it.
And i can litterally go for 15 minutes without problem, and i do not even have sex that often.

What worked for me was.

Paying attention to uncontrolled kegels
Doing reverse kegels.

Never liked the advice to kegel wherever you are. Better to do some focused exercise with 100% attention.

Kegel holds and noticing what they do conciously is a good thing. The fast ones are basicly the same ones used when ejaculating. Had to learn that they made me cum faster.

You may also have noticed that you can vary the intensity of the reverse kegel? For me a very slight engagement is the best to keep a good erection.

Well i just do a few kegels here and there, not that much, but enough to give me stronger erections. let's say about a 100 a week. With 1 sec hold.
yea you can actually make the RK very intense, it's a fun feeling. (=
 
Then guys, WHY THE PHUCK do I cum after doing a RK? I know the science behind it (or at least I think I do), I do it and do it intense and still- I cum right after it. For me- it makes the whole feeling even more intense. Hope someone that overcame it with RKs helps me LMAO :)
 
I think Reverse Kegel actually pushes, even though it's a reverse moment. But I remember that Reverse Kegel is what you use to push your urine out very hard. So, in that sense, surely it could also push out your ejaculation harder.

I think a regular Kegel and possibly tension just below the penis head, like "clamping" motion, helps better. I've at least used the pinching / clamping just behind the glans. Overall, it's best to learn timing as it must have been said. Just learning those points where you just pause for a moment and if needed, do the pinching.

Just wanted to update a little here..
I decreased the amount of time with RK, so i only do 10 minutes every other day. For me it's more beneficial. I noticed a side effect from doing RK without balancing it with Normal kegels. I seriously had to pee whenever i was getting an erection, all the freaking time.. But after incorporating more normal kegel and decreased the amount of time with RK, then it's over with having to pee when getting an erection, besides that, my penis feels harder after decreasing the time. Which i think is also a side effect with RK. ( If you do it without normal kegels).

But i last way longer now, i can have sex for like 20+ minutes.
And i only have sex about 4-6 times a month..

Conclusion:
Reverse kegels works with premature ejaculation.. Just give it time.
Combining RK with regular kegels is best.

But this is just my experience, can't say that it will help you.. I just know that i am not blowing my load when a girl touch my wiener.. I did that in the past.. And as i said, i do not have sex very often, so i wouldn't say that it's because of practice.
 
The seesaw of kegels to reverse kegels holds many male benefits like male multiple orgasm, remaining erect after orgasm, endurance mastery, along with much more.

So the reverse kegel technique worked for you. I never tried it, instead I always try to divert my mind with the diversion technique which works much better and helps me to control & delay my ejaculation.

It seems different for every guy, some do kegels to stop the orgasm, some use reverse kegels some use both. I think it is best to practice this during masturbation to find exactly the combination and technique that works best.

yes...during masturbation is when i would practice my breathing techniques to hold out if need be from cumming. eventually kept getting better and better at controlling it.

YES!!!! I do that with my fleshlight! A very good training I must say!
 
They also sell shower/bathroom suction cups that you can attach your fleshlight to. Some say the suction cups on them suck, but you can purchase better ones.

Make sure there is no slippery substance inside the tub/shower. Would hate for someone to crack their head open from fucking a fleshlight in their tub/shower. That's not how you want to go out.

I wonder if they even surveyed their customers to see how much of them even own an ipad or any type of android device that can fit into the case.
