I wear mine 24/7 with the exception of when I clean it everyday. I wear it when I sleep too and its like a girth session without doing anything. The only time it bothers me is when I have an erection for so long when I'm sleeping that the expansion causes the cock ring to be too tight in which case I just move it up or down a little. I'll get at least a 1/4" temp expansion in my sleep. I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I definitely will gain using this. I do 1 ssj session per day too.

But be careful with night use. I got some bad skin cracking resulting in an open wound, when the ring was a bit tight and I had a long lasting nocturnal erection.
Not too serious, and no real pain, but I had to take some days of to let the skin heal.

You could do some periodic jelqing for a few minutes throughout the day to keep expansion high and reattach the cock ring. I would not wear while sleeping though.

You can wear a cock ring all day, but you will need to take it off every 1 hour to massage the penis for few minutes and then put the cock ring back on. Repeat the process all day until bed time if you can.
