I just started having waist pain 2 days ago and this is as a resulting of pumping. I get this pain when I'm lying in bed and it wakes me up from my sleep. Some times when I'm standing I still get this pains. I'm hoping that it will go away by itself. What do you guys think? Anybody had similar experience?

I have had a similar back pain,specially in the mornings i had this accident about six months ago n the pain was brutal,now i still have this slight pain.

Due to the LM use..i think the back is not healed at a 100 percent..maybe you are overusing your BM.

I'm just doing two session, morning and night. I will keep an eye on this routine until Sunday, hopefully by that time things must have improved. I didn't sleep well last night.

Do you use your wine vac mod with BM ? If not that might be the problem with regular use of BM especially 2x a day when you pump pressing to the pubic bone bro

You're probably slouching alot when you train, many PE guys do this unknowingly. That's probably why you're back is hurting from bad posture not length master

I have the extreme X40 pump. I think what Templnite said is what has been going on. I tend to sit on the right side of my ass when doing girth work so the left side starts paining me. The pains is not on my back but right after my ass area, the same place where your belt stays when you wear your trouser. I will try to make amendment. Thanks guys.
 
Try to keep yourself sitting properly. I put a towel underneath me in my bed and do my session there. I've only ever got my bed wet once, since then I know how to turn to the side and release the vacuum. I can sit up or lay down, either way in very comfortable. I get pains around my crotch due to the vacuum from the Bathmate, never any back pain or hip pain. If you sit on a chair or in a tub, put a pillow or something underneath so it'll be comfortable.

I never thought about layin down while doing my BM, Im gonna try it pretty soon. That would make the sessions alot more comfy :)

I've only used the tub once and shower 4 times. I remember because it was my first week with it. I do my stretching, jelqing and Lengthmaster work in my bed, why not my Bathmate. I have a waterproof sheet to save my mattress and then regular sheets on top. It's so comfy to sit/lay and watch Netflix or movies in bed. I can do whatever I want since I have a king. Do some frickin back flips and cartwheels haha. No swing in my room. .............yet😈
 
Running wtf man, I almost lost my dick cuz of you bro !!

I did my BM session, 1st set good, 2nd set good, 3rd set I tell myself "hey what did the running bro said on forum about laying down with BM" so I set it up on my bed and lay down.
It got so fucking comfy I fell asleep with my BM on at pretty high vaccum and LUCKY me wife was doing laundry and walked in and woke me up !!!
I look at the clock and my 3rd set was like 40mins long bro....fuck :OLMAO

Brothers if you gonna try running ideas dont forget set alarm clock ! This guys ideas get crazy comfy.
 
Hahaha I'm frickin dying here man. I told you. I guess I should put a warning label on some of my posts. It definitely saves you though. You can sit at the end of the bed, lay down or put laundry away lol. I pinched my back years ago and ever since then, I make sure to be comfortable. I also like that it takes the weight off your back so you can raise your hips and feel a better, deep pull.
I bet you were fat as hell though, did you give it to the wife? Scare her haha.

I tried this idea but I couldn't concentrate which resulted in very little expansion. My back pain seems to have reduced today, I will resume girth work tomorrow.

Forget my question in the other thread :) I understand now. I hope you feel better soon, don't rush things if there is discomfort. Better to be as rest until it is sorted so you don'y have to break again.
 
Solved this problem a long time ago. Laying on the bed is what works best for me, no more back and waist pain.
 
All think work out in time if you are willing to invest the tie to work it out!
