Hi Guys

I’m reaching out as I’m struggling to gain with the length master. I’ve been doing it everyday since May last year apart from a week off spread over that time. I think I may have gained half a centimetre or a centimetre. Or nothing at all, will measure tomorrow. I’ve put in so much effort and feel a bit helpless here. So I’m reaching out. I’ve been doing bundled BTC stretches for 20mins a day, sometimes twice a day.
I got frustrated and decided to increase the bundle and when I went to change the bundled stretch I noticed a blob of congealed blood, right now I have no idea where it came from, not sure if it’s internal or external but not feeling any pain.

I’ve also noticed red spots on my tip which look like burst blood vessels and some white skin spots that may be dead skin on the glans, which seem to reduce if I take a day or two off.
Anyway, I’m not giving up and want to make this work so I’m reaching out to @DLD and @squirt_inducer_man for some guidance and a written program I can follow which you may have created. I have thought of stopping entirely and reverting to pumping with a two stage cylinder approach. Starting with a large enough tube to accommodate the balls and cock and a second tube for pumping straight after. I’m kinda at a crossroads with PE and unsure which direction to go. Please help
 
How much intensity are you using and are you doing any other stretches? Besides the behind the cheeks length master stretch?
 
I’m using as much force as I can to the point of pain and tiredness. I’m only doing BTC bundled stretches atm
 
Program 5: (We are scrapping, Program 4).
PE sessions with 3 days on, and 1 day rest, and repeat until I'm at my final goal. I call this the; 3:1 program structure.
SESSION 1:
Time: 04:30 AM (GMT +1).
(Or: Another time during the MORNING).
1. Ball & Lig Stretch, 10 minutes, in front of a car interior heater.
2. LENGTHMASTER 3 bundled stretches BTC (Beind The Cheeks) <=> LM b.ASS.
Set 1:
Before starting: Warm up in the chamber (3 minutes), by rotating the LENGTHMASTER 3 back and forth.
• 10 minutes of LM b.ASS.
• Rest for 10 minutes (Detach from the chamber and un-wrap).
Set 2:
• 10 minutes of LM b.ASS
3. MOS-RED, 15 minutes.
SESSION 2:
Time: When it fit during the day (plan ahead).
1. Ball & Lig Stretch, 10 minutes, in front of a car interior heater.
2. LENGTHMASTER 3 bundled stretches BTC (Beind The Cheeks) <=> LM b.ASS
Set 1:
Before starting: Warm up in the chamber (3 minutes), by rotating the LENGTHMASTER 3 back and forth.
• 10 minutes of LM b.ASS.
• Rest (Detach from the chamber and un-wrap).
Set 2:

This is a good program.
You can get all the length you want with this program.

How do you do the ball and lig stretch? Also do I need to wrap at the end of the session to stay in an elongated state? I’m assuming this is done in one session or spread out through the day? My problem may be spreading it through the day as time and convenience may be an issue? What would you suggest if I can only do one session in the day? I mean I’m sure I’ll have days where I can do two sessions.

This is what I have been doing. Trying to get in 2 sessions, and most days 1 session (in the beginning I did 2 sessions more often).

If you increase the intensity progressively/exponentially, and you get to really hard stretching (with time) you will gain a lot.
 
3 days on 1 day off.

or.

2 days on 1 day off.

Or something like that. It's important to not skip a preplanned program. Throw away your TV and stretch instead. We put alot of inefficient time on things that do not matter. Do penis enlargement instead.
 
Also do I need to wrap at the end of the session to stay in an elongated state?
Yes. All the hours when you are awake during day time. Do not let your penis turteling/shrink together.

Ok I’m going to employ this routine and perhaps wraps with a bit of extra padding to ensure no potential injury or bleeding.
I usually wrap while still in the length master from the base before I remove it so that there is little to no turtling. Is this ok or can I still wrap post workout and shower?

My process.
1. I stretch for 10 + 10 minutes.
2. Sit in front of MOSRED for 15 minutes really close (will prevent turteling as well). Even if your penis turteling from hard stretching, it will un-turteling from MOSRED treatment.
3. Put on Hydrocortisone 1%
4 Wrap my penis with: 🔗 Penis Elongation Wrap.
Usually after some hour after a session I will re-wrap.

Otherwise I have this wrap on from 05:00 to like 22:00 (removed when urinating and showering...and other things).

Also I'm running around with this pel.wrap (Penis Elongation Wrap) on my dick all day long . And I have an occupation where I move my body a lot, go down on my knees and these kind of movements. The wrap stay on. But it took a while to get my wrap to work perfectly.

Remove your penis from LengthMaster 3 before wrapping it for elongation. You need to lubricate it with Hydrocortisone 1% after the session.
