I've just gotten back into PE after some mild exercise interspersed with several hiatuses. I've had one period of time where I grew from 5 months of consistent, but not intense, work, and one time with 2 months of consistent and intense work. I've finally realized that I'm holding myself back by not persisting. I didn't trust the process, id balloon up a bit, get excited, hit a plateau, get frustrated, and then quit or taper off.

I never have too much trouble making a little girth gain here or there, but length is obnoxious. I've been stuck at 6.75-7 for years.

Right now, I'm still focusing on girth, because it seems I need that more anyhow, but a question to the brotherhood; is it realistic to expect length gains with this routine:

Bathmate 5x5x3 nightly, c ring for an hour or two after, Phallosan for 6-8 hrs overnight, and intense stretching a few times a week?

Obviously if I really want length, I need to focus more, just wondering if anyone knows.
 
For certain you'll make gains with this routine, but also incorporate some mental exercises and strengthen that side of PE. This journey is long and arduous, but also beautiful and rewarding. I try to make my routine as enjoyable as possible so I can look forward to each and every session. I get excited when I know for a fact that I'm improving myself, getting a bigger d!ck and becoming a better man. It may start slowly, but be patient and let it build upon itself. You said it yourself, 'trust the process' and I'll add 'because you know it will work'

You know consistency is key with this process and recognized where your problem was, you just have to stick with it thru the hard and soft parts.

Of course someone more knowledgeable will be able to give you a better response, but I think your routine may see some length gains as is. Is it possible for you to stretch daily as well? I think this would be good for your focus on length work. An intense stretching routine followed by wearing your Phallosan for recovery should put you in a great position to gain length. I see right now you are focused on gaining girth tho so this may not be what you want right now. It does seem like you should expect some length gains from this routine as length and girth work seldom seem to be exclusive.

fucking true man,the mind is important here thats something i struggle whit a lot,i have a hard time believing in getting bigger:p
 
Welcome Back my Brother! I love the routine I would only add in one thing, Bundled Stretches before both girth and length routines. 5 minutes of stretching will allow you to take on my girth and length.
 
Bundles it is! I've started doing them, and I'm trying to sneak in extra sets of stretches during bathroom breaks. I hope I'm not overtraining! Nothing hurts or feels bad and my eq is amazing. I started getting and maintaining new girth, but then suddenly I noticed that I wasn't hitting the same length as before in the bm during sets. That doesn't seem like a great sign, but at the same time, while I'm in the bm, I'm feeling stretches in the ligs for sure. The way I'm reading it, is that I'm pushing through a length plateau, stretching out the ligs that have been holding back my length for so long, and hopefully sometime soon, they will extend a bit further and I'll hit a new highest length! Also, I have this set of three rigid c rings, I usually use the smallest one, but tonight after the bm, it was very difficult to get on, so presumably I will soon be forced to graduate to the medium one! Opinions?

if your dick got bigger,upsize my friend hahahha lol. also,what was your length routine while being stuck in the plateau, it may have been not intense enough to break through it

The only thing I can think of that would improve the length portion would be the LengthMaster, it takes stretching to the highest level. And, really, every Brother should have a LengthMaster, it is just that good.

If someone is looking to invest in a device, what's the general consensus for the preferred choice?

I'm sure that if girth is the main goal, then it will be bathmate and if length is the main goal, it will be the lengthmaster. What if someone is trying for both but can only get one device for the time being?

I'd opt for The BM, if for nothing else, the 'fun factor'. Your 1st few sessions where you get those immediate temporary gains are like pouring gasoline on your motivational fires.

I would say the BathMate since Length Work can be done using the BathMate in the way of HardCore Stretching. So basically is you are searching for length the LengthMaster is the way to go, if looking for girth the BathMate is the way to go. In either case exercises can be added to supplement the other.

YOu can buy the length master and add at least 30 minutes of length master bundled stretches into this current routine, making it a killer routine.
